ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي اثرگذار بر كيفيت در نظام آموزش عالي نظامي (مورد مطالعه: يك سازمان نظامي)

Effective Dimensions and Components in the Quality of the Military Higher Education System Case Study: a Military Organization

شناخت عناصر و اجزاي كيفيت در هر امر و رسيدن به تعريف دقيق كيفيت در آن، از عوامل چالش‌برانگيز در دنياي امروز است. اين چالش در مضامين آموزش عالي كه ارزيابي كيفيت در آن به‌مراتب از ابهامات بيشتري برخوردار است، دوچندان مي­شود. اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه ­هاي اثرگذار بر كيفيت در نظام آموزش عالي نظامي انجام‌شده است. تحقيق حاضر ازلحاظ نوع داده­ها كمي و كيفي و ازنظر نحوه اجرا، توصيفي پيمايشي بوده است. جامعه آماري در بخش كيفي متشكل از اعضاي هيأت علميِ دانشگاه هوايي شهيد ستاري، پژوهشگران دفتر مطالعات راهبردي نهاجا و خبرگان معاونت آموزش نهاجا مجموعاً به تعداد 22 نفر و در بخش كمي با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گيري تركيبي (خوشه ­اي- طبقه­اي) تعداد 226 نفر از دانشجويان و دانش ­آموختگان دانشگاه هوايي شهيد ستاري به‌عنوان جامعه آماري پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق متشكل از مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي (صوري، محتوايي و سازه) و پايايي پرسشنامه بررسي و تأييد شد. براي تحليل داده­هاي مربوط به تعيين ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي كيفيت در آموزش عالي نظامي از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و براي ارائه الگوي نهايي تحقيق از تكنيك مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم ­افزار ليزرل استفاده‌ شده است. يافته­ اصلي پژوهش، ابعاد و مولفه ­هاي اثرگذار بر كيفيت در نظام آموزش عالي نظامي مشتمل بر دو بُعد اصليِ آكادميك و نظامي مي­ باشد.

Knowing the elements and components of quality in any matter and achieving the exact definition of quality in it is one of the challenging factors in today's world. This challenge becomes more complex in the subjects of higher education, where the quality assessment is more ambiguous. This study aimed to identify the effective dimensions and components in the quality of the military higher education system. This descriptive-survey study is qualitative- quantitative in terms of data type. The statistical population in the qualitative section of the study, composed of 22 academic members of Shahid Sattari Aeronautical University, the researchers of the NAHAJA Strategic Study Office and the experts of the Education Deputy, and in the quantitative section, 226 members were selected from among the cadets and graduates of the university based on combined sampling method (cluster-stratified). Data collected through the semi-structured interview and a reliable and valid (face, content and structure) researcher-made questionnaire as research instruments. The data were exposed to exploratory factor analysis to determine the dimensions and components of quality in military higher education system, and to present the final model of the research, structural equation modeling techniques were run by using the LISREL software. Main findings reveal that the effective dimensions and components in the quality of the military education system include two major academic and military dimensions.
