چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﭘﺪﯾﺪهاي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ و ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي آن، ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﭼﺸﻤﮕﯿﺮي در اداره اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن دارد. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ 5s ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮهوري ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂﻫﺎي
ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ.
ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻧﺤﻮه ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻂﻫﺎي ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ 200 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮدن ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ در دﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﻮدن ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ و ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪن ﯾﮏ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﻣﻮﺛﻖ و ﮐﻠﯽ، از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﺎﺻﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﮕﺮدﯾﺪ و ﮐﻞ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎمﻫﺎي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دﻧﯿﺴﻮن )2000(، ﺑﻬﺮهوري ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﺮﺳﯽ و ﮔﻠﺪ اﺳﻤﯿﺖ )1980( و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﭘﺎراﺳﻮراﻣﺎن و ﻫﻤﮑﺎراﻧﺶ )1985( ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ از آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﺴﺖ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ 5s ﺑﺮ ﺳﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ
ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت، ﺑﻬﺮهوري و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 20 ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0/001 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫـﺶ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔـﺎده و ﻋـﺪم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ 5s در ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﮐﺎري ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻂﻫﺎي ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن T ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ )0.001 = sig( و ﻣﻘﺪار )1.498 = T( ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﻋﺪم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ 5s در ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن T ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ )0.001 = sig( و ﻣﻘﺪار )1.467 = T( ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮهوري ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ و
ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ )0.005 = sig( و ﻣﻘﺪار )1.309 = T( ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﯿـﻂﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﮐﻪ از ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ 5s اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﻨﻨﺪ در ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ، ﺑﻬﺮهوري و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻪاﯾﯽ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻟﺰوم ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺎم آراﺳﺘﮕﯽ 5s ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﺗﺎق ﻋﻤﻞ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ آن در ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﺟﺪي ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction & Objective: The purpose of this study is assessing Effect of 5s discipline on quality
on efficiency of employees and organizational culture in Surgical environments in state hospitals.
Materials & Methods: This study is descriptive both in applied target and data collecting. Statistical
society in this study includes all of employees in the local branch of the centre of science and technology
which is 200 people. Because statistical society is limited and all of them were available, the whole society
was studied to achieve a certain result and no special sampling was needed. Questionnaire was data
collection tool and Descriptive statistics indexes, mean and Standard deviation, were used to analyse
study’s default assumptions. Also Inferential statistics and specialy dependent T test was used in order to
measure amount of 5s discipline on quality of services, efficiency and organizational culture.
Results: Results showed a meaningful difference between using and not using 5s discipline on
quality of services in the local branch of the centre of science and technology. Results of third assumption
shows that application of discipline system has a significant effect on efficiency and organizational culture.
Conclusions: The results of the findings showed that the surgical environments that use the S5
adornment system have had a significant impact on their quality, productivity and organizational culture.
Therefore, the necessity of using the 5s system of adornment, especially in the operating room
environment, is strongly recommended.
