Reviewing Patients’ Rights with Regard to the Position of Iranian Researchers in this Field in the Surgical Process

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: در ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎل اﺧﯿﺮ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﺑﺨﺼﻮص در ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺧﻮﺑﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻮزه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ: روش اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دادهﻫﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ آي. اس. آي و ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻌﺒﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ روي آن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار اﮐﺴﻞ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﺟﺪاول ﻧﯿﺰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎي آﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ، آﻟﻤﺎن و اﻧﮕﻠﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ در رﺗﺒﻪﻫﺎي اول ﺗﺎ ﺳﻮم ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻋﻠﻢ در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺳﺎﺗﻮﭘﺎﺋﻮﻟﻮ ﮐﻪ در رﺗﺒﻪ اول ﻧﯿﺰ ﻗﺮار دارد. داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي آﻧﮑﺎرا، ﻫﺎروارد و اﺳﻠﻮ ﻫﺮ ﮐﺪام ﺑﺎ 6 ﻣﺪرك ﻫﺮ ﺳﻪ در ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه دوم ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي: ﺳﯿﺮ رﺷﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً ﺧﻮﺑﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و اﯾﺮان ﻧﯿﺰ در ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﯾﺎزدﻫﻢ ﻗﺮار دارد. وﻟﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﻤﯿﺖ، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﭼﺸﻤﮕﯿﺮ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ و ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ و ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﻮدن آﻧﻬﺎ، ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﯿﺖ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻌﺪد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮان از آن ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﺳﺎزان اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻧﻤﻮد ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺗﻼش ﺧﻮد را در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ دوﭼﻨﺪان ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ.

Introduction & Objective: In recent years, scientific publications related to the rights of patients, especially in surgery, have been greatly improved. In this regard, the aim of this study is to review the scientific production of patients’ rights related to the field of surgery around the world. Materials & Methods: This research is a scientific research that was carried out using ISI database and embedded analysis engine in it. Also, Excel software was used to draw tables. Results: The findings of this study showed that the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom ranked first to third in this regard. Also, the largest scientific publications in this field belongs to the Sao Paulo University, which is ranked first. Ankara Univ, Harvard Univ and Univ Oslo each rank 6 with 6 degrees each. Conclusions: The growth of scientific production in this field around the world is relatively good than before, and the position of Iran, which is eleventh, is appropriate, but in terms of quantity, these products are not impressive and should be in addition to quality and operationality. There are numerous queries and researches that can be used to make good decisions for decision-makers. Therefore, researchers in this field should double their efforts.
