چكيده فارسي :
تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي ادراك شهروندان از شاخص‌هاي ثبات سياسي و جابه‌جايي سياسي در حكمراني خوب، براساس مؤلفه‌هاي بومي سازمان‌هاي خدمات شهري ايران، صورت گرفت. جامعة آماري همة مراجعه‌كنندگان سازمان‌هاي دولتي استان خوزستان بودند. روش استفاده‌شده كيفي و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها مصاحبة عميق بود. با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري در دسترس، شصت‌ودو مراجعه‌كننده به چهار سازمان دولتي شهرستان‌هاي مسجدسليمان، رامهرمز، و بهبهان انتخاب شدند. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، براساس تحليل مضمون/ تم، نشان داد قانونمندي، كيفيت خدمات، نظارت و ارزيابي، پاسخگويي، تعهد و مسئوليت‌پذيري، و در نهايت تعامل مهم‌ترين شاخص‌هاي ثبات سياسي در سازمان‌هاي مذكورند. همچنين، جابه‌جايي و تنوع انتخاب، شايسته‌سالاري، نظارت مؤثر، چابك‌سازي ساختار اداري، و شفافيت در انتخاب مديران به ترتيب مهم‌ترين شاخص‌هاي جابه‌جايي سياسي از ديدگاه مصاحبه‌شوندگان بودند.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present study was Identification and prioritization of political stability and political displacement indicators in good governance based on native components of Iranian urban utilities organizations. The research place was governmental service organizations at Masjedsoleyman’s, Ramhormoz and Behbahan cities and Statistical population of this research were all of the government organization of Khuzestan province and betwwen them costumers of government organization of Masjedsoleiman Ramhormoz and Behbahan cities. The method of research, qualitative and the data collection tool were also in-depth interview. By which convenience sampling, 62 costumers of 4 governmental organizations was selected. Data analysis based on thematic analysis showed; lawfulness, quality of service, monitoring and evaluation, responsiveness, commitment and responsibility and finally ineraction were the most important political stability indicators on the organizations.
