چارچوب تحليلي زيست‌بوم همكاري‌هاي فناورانه بين شركت‌هاي بزرگ و شركت‌هاي كوچك فناوري‌محور

The analytical framework of the ecosystem of technological collaboration between large and small technology oriented companies

با توجه به رقابتي شدن محيط كسب‌وكار در طي چند دهه‌ اخير،شركت‌هاي بزرگ با وجود دسترسي به منابع مالي و كانال‌هاي توزيع با ديوان‌سالاري، لَختي و عدم انعطاف‌پذيري روبرو هستند، در مقابل شركت‌هاي كوچك فناوري‌محور با وجود انعطاف‌پذيري و توانمندي نوآوري بالا با كمبود منابع و عدم دسترسي به بازار روبرو هستند.بنابراين هر دو دسته شركت‌هاي فوق براي حفظ موقعيت خود در فضاي رقابتي و ادامه حيات نياز دارند كه با همديگر همكاري كنند.با اين حال همكاري فناورانه بين شركت‌ها موضوعي پيچيده است كه بررسي جامع آن نيازمند نگرشي نظام‌مند و كل‌نگر است.در اين راستا ميتوان از رويكرد اكوسيستمي براي تحليل و تبيين فرآيند همكاري فناورانه بين دو دسته شركت‌هاي مذكور استفاده كرد.به همين منظور در راستاي تدوين چارچوب مناسب براي تحليل اكوسيستم همكاري فناورانه از روش مرور نظام‌مند استفاده و با جستجو در پايگاه‌هاي معتبر تعداد 605 سند استخراج شد كه پس از بررسي‌هاي لازم 63 مورد از آن‌ها به‌عنوان اسناد مرتبط و معتبر شناسايي و در ادامه نيز با استفاده از روش فراتركيب، اسناد منتخب بررسي و كدگذاري شدند.در نهايت كدهاي استخراج شده در ذيل 5 مقوله قرار گرفتند كه يك مقوله در مورد ويژگي‌هاي اكوسيستم بود و 4 مورد ديگر به مقوله‌هايي اشاره داشتند كه در تحليل اكوسيستم بايد به آن‌ها توجه شود اين مقوله‌ها عبارتند: چرخه عمر، ابعاد تحليل، نقش‌ها و نهادهاي حاضر در اكوسيستم همكاري فناورانه.

According to the competitive environment of the business over the last few decades, large companies despite access to financial resources and distribution channels, face with bureaucracy, inefficiency and inertia, in contrast small technology-oriented companies with the flexibility and high innovation capability face with resource shortages an‎d lack of access to the market. Therefore, both large and small companies need to work together to maintain their competitive position and survival. However, technological collaboration between companies is a complex subject that a comprehensive review of which requires a systematic approach. In this regard, an ecosystem approach can be used to analyze and explain the process of technological collaboration between the two groups of companies. To this end, using a systematic literature review method to develop an appropriate framework for the analysis of the ecosystem of technological collaboration and 605 documents were searched in valid databases, after which 63 of them were identified as valid documents. Subsequently, the selected documents were examined and coded using the Meta synthesis method. Finally, the codes extracted are as follows: five categories, one category about the characteristics of the ecosystem, and four others refer to the categories to be considered in the ecosystem analysis. These categories include life cycle, analysis dimensions, roles and institutions in the technological collaboration ecosystem
