The Role of knowledge management system and open innovation in developing innovation capacity

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش ميانجي­گري نوآوري باز در تأثير سيستم مديريت دانش بر ظرفيت نوآوري است. جامعه آماري شامل مديران شركت‌هاي فعال در شهرك صنعتي شماره 2 و نيز شركت‌هاي مستقر در پارك علم و فناوري شهر كرمان به تعداد 177 شركت مي­باشد. روش تحقيق ازنظر هدف، كاربردي و ازنظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها، توصيفي - پيمايشي است. ابزار اصلي گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه است كه سطح روايي و پايايي آن، براي تمامي سازه‌ها اندازه‌گيري و تائيد شد. پس از تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاري در قالب نرم‌افزار Amos مشخص شد كه سيستم مديريت دانش بر نوآوري باز و ظرفيت نوآوري تأثير دارد. همچنين؛ نوآوري باز، تأثير سيستم مديريت دانش بر ظرفيت نوآوري را ميانجي‌گري مي‌كند.

The purpose of the study was to investigating the role of open innovation in the effect of knowledge management system on innovation capacity. The study population which was an applied and descriptive-survey research was composed of 177 managers of Companies in Industrial Town No. 2 & companies in Kerman Science and Technology Park. The questionnaire was used to collect data.Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified and confirmed. After data analysis by Spss & Amos, findings suggested that: knowledge management system had effect on open innovation andinnovation capacity. Also, the impact of knowledge management system on innovation capacity was mediated by open innovation.
