الگوسازي در جوامع دستخوش تغيير؛ بررسي رقابت ‌ايران و آمريكا براي الگوسازي در انقلاب مصر

Modeling in Changing Communities; a Survey of IRI and USA`s Competition for Modeling in the Egyptian Revolution

اگرچه نمي‌توان انقلاب 2011 مصر را بر اساس تعريف آكادميك از «انقلاب»، يك انقلاب تمام عيار دانست؛ اما تحول شكل‌گرفته در اين كشور از منظر تغييري كه مي‌توانست در نظم منطقه‌اي و الگوهاي رفتاري بازيگران ايجاد كند، عميقاً قابل مطالعه است. يكي از حوزه‌هاي بررسي، رقابت جمهوري اسلامي ايران و ايالات متحده آمريكا براي الگوسازي در مصر است. اين مقاله مي‌كوشد تا با مفاهيمي هم‌چون قدرت نرم، تغيير سياسي و ديپلماسي عمومي مدلي مفهومي را براي تبيين رقابت بازيگران خارجي در كشورهاي دچار تغيير سياسي طراحي كرده و به اين سوال پاسخ دهد كه اساساً الگوسازي در انقلاب مصر، تا چه ميزان در دستور كار ايران و آمريكا قرار داشته و اهداف، محتوا و راهبردهاي چنين الگوهايي چه بوده است. نتايج حاصل شده بيان‌گر اين است كه ايران و آمريكا عميقاً به اين موضوع پرداخته بودند.

Although the 2011 Egyptian Revolution may not be considered a complete revolution based on the academic definition of the "revolution", the transformation shaped in this country from the point of view of a change that could create players in the regional order and behavior patterns is deeply studyable. One area of ​​study is the rivalry between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States for modeling in Egypt. This paper tries to design a conceptual model for defining foreign players' competition in politically changing countries with such concepts as soft power, political change, and diplomacy, and to answer the question of how far the modeling of the Egyptian revolution is on the agenda of Iran an‎d America, and what were the goals, content and strategies of such models. The results indicate that Iran and the United States have deeply dealt with this issue.
