بررسي مشكلات فراوان صنعت بسته‌بندي مواد غذايي در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد با نگاه محاسباتي

Investigation of the Many Problems of Food Packaging Industry in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad Province with Computational View

بسته‌بند ييكي از شاخص‌هاي اصلي صنعت مواد غذايي مي‌باشد كه در كشور ما صنعت بسيار جواني است، در صورت توجه به اين صنعت و به‌روز رساني آن مي‌توان افزايش تقاضا و ارزآوري را در سطوح داخلي و بين‌الملليبه طورقابل‌ملاحظه، ارتقاء بخشيد. در سراسر جهان، كيفيت بسته‌بندي در مواد غذايي نشان­دهنده كيفيت مطلوب و استاندارد توليد محصول نيز مي‌باشد. هدف اصلي اين مطالعه، بررسي وضعيت بسته‌بندي مواد غذايي در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمداست. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش كليه شركت‌هاي صنايع غذايي و بسته‌بندي موجود در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد مي باشند. نتايج اين پژوهشنشان داد كه بسته‌بندي استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد شامل مواردي همچون فقدان واحد مسئول مشخص، كمبود مراكز تحقيقاتي ويژه، نگاه سياسي در صنعت، عدم بودجه‌بندي صحيح، عدم استفاده از ظرفيت‌هاي علمي و دانشگاهي در بهبود اين صنعت، نگاه سنتي صنعتگران به اين صنعت، فقدان نهادهاي علمي و نظارتي در خريد و بازرسي دستگاه‌هاي بي‌كيفيت و در نهايت استفاده از مواد اوليه بسته‌بندي با كيفيت بسيار پايين مي‌باشد. در نتيجه، با وجود صنايع كشاورزي بسيار خوب در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد، فقدان صنعت بسته‌بندي مناسب، مانع پيشرفت صنايع و افزايش اشتغال شده است. بنابراين انجام مطالعات راهبردي و بررسي مشكلات اين صنعت براي حفظ كيفيت محصولات، افزايش توان فروش و رقابت با ساير كارخانه‌ها و استان‌ها ضروري است.

Packing is one of the main indexes of the food industry, which is a very young industry in our country. If you pay attention to this industry and its update, it can increase the demand and financial benefit at the domestic and international levels. Worldwide, the quality of packaging in foodstuffs shows the quality and standard of product production. The main objective of this study is the investigation of foodstuffs packaging in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province. The statistical population in this research is all foodstuffs and packaging industries in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province. The results of this study showed that packaging problems of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province included issues such as the lack of special responsible department, the lack of specialist research centers, the political viewof the industry, the lack of the proper budgeting, the lack of scientific and academic capacities to improve this industry, the traditional view of industrialists to this industry, the lack of scientific and regulatory institutions and oversight in the purchase and inspection of poor quality devices and finally, the use of low-quality packaging materials in the province. According to the results, despite the good agricultural industry in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province, the lack of suitable packaging industry has prevented industry from developing and increasing employment. Therefore conducting strategic studies and reviewing the industry’s problems is essential to maintain products quality, increase sales and compete with other factories and provinces.
