Cultural, Theoretical and Structural Necessities for Islamic-Iranian Civilization

شناخت مسئله‌هاي تمدن‌سازي نظام اسلامي، دغدغه اصلي مقاله حاضر مي‌باشد؛ موضوعي كه واكاوي علل و عوامل مؤثر در فرايند پيشرفت ايران، ارزيابي روندهاي جاري و بازشناسي فرصت‌ها و چالش‌هاي پيش روي نظام اسلامي در امر تمدني را مي‌طلبد. در اين مقاله در پاسخ به اين سؤال كه مسئله انقلاب اسلامي و نظام برآمده از آن در امر تمدن‌سازي كدام است؟ با كاربست روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي، تلاش گرديد مؤلفه‌هاي سه‌گانه فرهنگي، نظري و ساختاري برآمده از نسبت‌سنجي ميان فرهنگ و تمدن، مصداق‌يابي گردد و از دو منظر فرصت‌ها و آسيب‌ها تبيين شود. استدلال‌هاي انجام‌شده نشان مي‌دهد نقطه تمايز انقلاب اسلامي با ساير انقلاب‌ها با ابتناي آن بر فرهنگ متعالي اسلامي، معنويت و عدالتي است كه آسيب در آن از آسيب‌هاي در خور تأمل انقلاب اسلامي در فرايند تمدن‌سازي محسوب مي‌گردد. جمهوري اسلامي براي دست يافتن به تمدن اسلامي مي‌بايست حركت پيوسته‌اي را در سه مؤلفه فرهنگي، نظري و ساختاري اتخاذ نمايد. در اين راستا از ضروري‌ترين راهبردهاي جمهوري اسلامي، جستجوي هويتِ تمدني، بسترسازي براي رفتن دانشگاه به سمت نخبه‌پروري و نظريه‌پردازي و كوشش براي تحقق كامل مقتضيات مردم‌سالاري ديني است.

Perceiving and introducing the problems of Islamic system`s civilization-making has been regarded as the main concern of the paper. The subject necessitating the study of the causes and elements for Iran`s progress, assessing current processes and recognizing opportunities for and threats against Islamic system in the field of civilization. The question of the paper, therefore, may be as follows: what may be known as the problems of IRI and of its governmental system in the field of civilization-making? By this descriptive and analytic study an attempt has been made to determine the extensions of the cultural, theoretical and structural components resulted from measuring the interrelation between culture and civilization and to be explained with regard to opportunities and threats. As understood, the essential difference of IR, as being founded on Islamic rich culture, with other revolutions lies in such a spirituality and justice that their damage is regarded as one of those considerable damages in the process of civilization-making. Such being the case, it is necessary for IRI to form a progressive movement in cultural, theoretical and structural components. In this way, seeking civilizational identity, paying attention to university, theorizing and an attempt for establishing all grounds and conditions of democracy would be as the most necessities
