مختصات نظم موجود و مطلوب جهاني از ديدگاه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي

Ayatollah Khamenei on the Particularities of the Present Global Order and the Ideal One

با فروپاشي شوروي در سال1990م، نظم ليبرال با محوريت آمريكا، منطق حاكم بر روابط بين‌الملل را شكل داد. اما اين نظم، ساختار معيوبي دارد كه موجبات خسران بشريت را فراهم مي‌آورد. در انديشه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي براي تغيير نظم موجود جهاني و دستيابي به نظم مطلوب جهاني، دستورالعمل جامعي وجود دارد. پرسش اصلي مقاله اين است كه نظم مطلوب جهاني از ديدگاه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي داراي چه اصول و ويژگي‌هايي است؟ با بهره‌گيري از نظريه‌پردازي «داده‌بنياد»، يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي نظم موجود جهاني را به‌دليل ماهيت سلطه‌گرايانه و استكباري و به‌دليل ابتناء بر پايه‌هاي باطل و اصول ظالمانه به‌شدت مورد انتقاد قرار داده؛ چراكه آن را در تقابل با شرافت و كرامت انساني قلمداد مي‌كند. اما در مقابل، به نظمي قائل است كه مقبول و مطلوب و متناسب با نظام احسن و آفرينش بوده و بر پايه فطرت الهي انسان شكل گرفته است؛ نظمي كه هدفش از يك‌سو تربيت و تزكيه انسان و از سوي ديگر تأمين رفاه دنيوي و سعادت اُخروي است.

In the year 1990, after the falling of the Soviet :union:, liberal order, with a pivotal part of USA, was dominated international relations. The order, however, has a faulty structure and leads to human detriment. In Ayatollah Khamenei`s thought there may be found a complete set of instructions for changing the present order to a desirable one. Such being the case, the question of the paper is presented as: on the basis of Ayatollah Khamenei`s view, what may be counted as the principles and the particularities of a desirable global order? With the use of grounded theory, it has been made clear that for Ayatollah Khamenei, present global order is of a cruel and tyrannical essence leading to humanistic irreparable damages. While, a humanistic global order should be in full harmony with the Divine order in the world as human God given nature demands. An order aiming at human education and purification from one hand and from other hand, preparing human happiness
