چكيده فارسي :
ﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و داروﯾﯽ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﻣﯿﮑﺮوارﮔﺎﻧﯿﺴﻢ ﻫﺎي زﻧﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﻌﺎدل ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ روده، اﺛﺮات ﻣﻔﯿﺪي ﺑﺮ روي ﻣﯿﺰﺑﺎن )اﻧﺴﺎن ﯾﺎ ﺣﯿﻮان( اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻋﺼﺎب واگ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﺮ روي ﻣﻐﺰ و ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﻋﺼﺒﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﮕﺬارﻧﺪ. از اﯾﻦ رو اﯾﻦ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل وﺟﻮد دارد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻐﺰ، ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﮐﺎرﮐﺮد آن ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ، ﻻﮐﺘﻮﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮس راﻣﻨﻮﺳﻮس، ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪه از ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت ﺳﻨﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﺮ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺣﺘﺮازي ﻏﯿﺮ ﻓﻌﺎل ﻣﻮش ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﺑﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از 56 ﻣﻮش ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﻧﺮ
ﻧﮋاد وﯾﺴﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ وزن ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﯽ 250 ﺗﺎ 300 ﮔﺮم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﻟﻘﺎء ﻓﺮاﻣﻮﺷﯽ از اﺗﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ زﯾﺮﺟﻠﺪي ﺑﻌﺪ از آزﻣ ن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﮔﺎواژ ﻣﻮشﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ 0/1 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻓﺮ ﻓﺴﻔﺎت )PBS( ﺣﺎوي cfu/ml 109 ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﯾﺎ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻻﮐﺘﻮﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮس راﻣﻨﻮﺳﻮس ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﯾﮏ ﻣﺎه ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. آزﻣﻮن رﻓﺘﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺣﺘﺮازي ﻏﯿﺮﻓﻌﺎل اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ زﯾﺮﺟﻠﺪي ﺑﻌﺪ از آزﻣﻮن اﺗﺎﻧﻮل )mg/rat 1( ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮاﻣﻮﺷﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮاﻣﻮﺷﯽ در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺑﺎزﮔﺮداﻧﺪه ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﮔﺮ اﺛﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺸﯽ ﻻﮐﺘﻮﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮس راﻣﻨﻮﺳﻮس ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪه از دوغ ﺗﺮﺧﯿﻨﻪ، در ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺮﻃﯽ اﺣﺘﺮازي ﻏﯿﺮﻓﻌﺎل در ﻣﻮش ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﻧﺮ ﻧﮋاد وﯾﺴﺘﺎر ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ زﯾﺮﺟﻠﺪي از اﺗﺎﻧﻮل را درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻧﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪه اﺛﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮددﻫﻨﺪه ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Probiotics are food supplements and pharmaceutical substances prepared from living microorganisms that with enhancement of microbial equilibrium of intestinal microbiota, insert useful effects on the host (human/animal). Nutrients could affect the brain and neurohormones via vagus nerve. Therefore, probiotics can regulate some parts of brain activities and effect in better function. The aim of this study was examination of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, the native Iranian probiotic isolated from Tarkhineh dough (a carbonated yoghurt drink) product on the rat passive avoidance. We used 56 male Wistar rats with 250-300 gr weight range. For induced amnesia intra peritoneal pre-training injection ethanol and for one mount administrated with1×10 9 CFU/ml of with or without probiotic bacteria. We used the step-through passive avoidance to examine long-term memory in male Wistar rats. Post-training subcortical (SC) administration of ethanol (1 mg/kg) induced amnesia. This amnesia was reversed in probiotic receiving groups. L. rhamnosus isolated from Tarkhineh dough, enhanced the passive avoidance learning of male Wistar rats that received ethanol. Our data demonstrated the positive effect of this probiotic on learning and memory.
