چكيده فارسي :
اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول ﺧﻮن ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي ﺑﺴﯿﺎري در اﻧﺴﺎنﻫﺎ ﮔﺸﺘﻪ و ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ، ﺳﺎﻻﻧﻪ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎي زﯾﺎدي را
ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﻣﯿﺸﻮﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﻨﮕﺮﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل اﺳﺘﻨﺸﺎق ﺳﺮب در ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ
ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول در ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﻧﺮﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در روز اول 5 ﮔﺮوه 6 ﺗﺎﯾﯽ از ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي ﻧﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﺑﺠﺰ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﺤﺖ اﺳﺘﻨﺸﺎق ﺳﺮب ﻗﺮاداده ﺷﺪ و از ﻫﻤﺎن روز اول ﺑﻤﺪت 10 روز 5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ﮔﺎواژ ﻋﺼﺎره در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎي 25، 50 و 100 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم وزن ﻣﻮشﻫﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در روز دﻫﻢ ﺧﻮﻧﮕﯿﺮي از ﻗﻠﺐ ﺷﺪ ﺧﻮن ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول و ﺗﺮيﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ ﻓﺮﯾﺰ ﺷﺪ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ ﺧﻮن ﭘﺲ
از اﺳﺘﻨﺸﺎق ﺳﺮب در ﺧﻮن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﯿﺖ ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ روش ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS آزﻣﻮن ﺗﻮﮐﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول ﺧﻮن ﭘﺲ از اﺳﺘﻨﺸﺎق ﺳﺮب در ﺧﻮن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﯿﺖ ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺮف ﻋﺼﺎره ﮐﻨﮕﺮ ﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ و p≤0/001 و از ﻟﺤﺎظ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺮف ﻋﺼﺎر ﺑﺮگ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﻨﮕﺮ ﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ ﺗﺮيﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول ﺧﻮن ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ ﮐﻨﮕﺮ ﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ ﺑﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﺧﺎﺻﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ
ﮐﻪ دارد ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول ﺧﻮن را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﺪ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺘﻮان ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﻨﮕﺮﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ را در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻐﺪﯾﻪ روزاﻧ ﺟﺰء ﻣﻮارد ﻣﻔﯿﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول ﺧﻮن در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
Increased levels of blood cholesterol and triglyceride have many implications for humans and sufferers suffer from high costs annually. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of leaf extract of artichoke after lead inhalation in triglyceride and cholesterol levels in rats. In the first day, 5 groups of 6 male adult rats were contracted except for the control group under the lead inhalation. From the first day, 5 mg of extract gavage in the experimental groups at concentrations of 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg Mice weight was measured for 10 days. On the 10th day, the blood was collected from the heart and the remaining blood was separated and frozen with triglyceride and cholesterol kits for measurement. In this method (SPSS software, mean ± SD) method and Tukey test were used for data analysis.Blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels were determined by special kit after lead inhalation in the blood and after application of artichoke extract, p≤ 0.001 was statistically significant. The result was a decrease in the blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the artichoke leaf extract.due to its high antioxidant properties, leaf extract can reduce blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Therefore, Artichoke can be useful for reducing blood glucose in daily diet.
