چكيده فارسي :
اﺳﺘﺮس اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﺗﯿﻮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ رﯾﺴﮏ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪﻣﺜﻞ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺸﺎن دادهاﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ از ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل اﮐﺴﯿﮋن )ROS( ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮ روي ﭘﺮوﺳﻪ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﻮژﻧﺰﯾﺰ و ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ ﺑﺎروري ﻣﺮدان اﺛﺮ ﮔﺬار ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي درﻣﺎن اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد، درﻣﺎن آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﺘﯽ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮ ﯾﮏ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ رژﯾﻢ ﻏﺬاﺋﯽ ﺣﺎوي وﯾﺘﺎﻣﯿﻦ B، زﯾﻨﮏ و N-اﺳﺘﯿﻞ ﺳﯿﺴﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ روي ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯽ در ﻣﺮدان ﻧﺎﺑﺎرور اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮ روي 30 ﻣﺮد ﻧﺎﺑﺎرور ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﺎروري و ﻧﺎﺑﺎروري اﺻﻔﻬﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﺮك، ﻏﻠﻈﺖ و ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژي ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺳﻪ ﻣﺎه درﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ رژﯾﻢ ﻏﺬاﺋﯽ )2 ﻗﺮص در روز: 600 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم( ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﺑﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري در ﺗﺤﺮك و ﻣﻮروﻓﻮﻟﻮژي اﺳﭙﺮم ﺑﻌﺪ از درﻣﺎن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ درﻣﺎن ﻧﺸﺎن داد )0/05
p(. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ، ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ رژﯾﻢ ﻏﺬاﺋﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎم وﯾﺘﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ و اﺟﺰاء ﺿﺮوري ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﯾﮏ ﮐﺮﺑﻨﯽ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮم ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﺗﯿﻮ رخ دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Excessive production of oxidative stress is considered as a risk factor for reproduction. Several studies show that high level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) can affect spermatogenesis process and fertility potential in men. For treatment of these individuals, antioxidant therapy is suggested. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a multiple micronutrient supplement that contains vitamins B, Zinc and N-acetylcysteine on sperm parameters in infertile men. This study was performed on 30 infertile men referred to the Isfahan Fertility and Infertility Center. Semen parameters (concentration, motility, and morphology) were assessed before and after three month of treatment with supplement (2 tablets per day; 600mg). The result of this study showed a significant improvement in sperm motility and morphology (p<0.05) after compared to before treatment. In addition, sperm concentration insignificantly increased after treatment with supplement (p>0.05). Considering multiple micronutrient supplement is containing all of the B vitamins and essential component of One-Carbone cycle, therefore improvement of sperm parameters can be observed due to improved antioxidant capacity and reduced oxidative stress.
