گوﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ دوره ﻣﺤﺮوﻣﯿﺖ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﯾﺎ ﮔﺮﺳﻨﮕﯽ را ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ اﮐﺘﺴﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺰم ﻫﺎي ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ را ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺎﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎر ﻣﯽ ﺳﺎزد ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﮔﺮﺳﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺼﻪ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ و اﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﻏﯿﺮ اﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﯽ ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﯾﻠﯽ ﺧﻂ ﮐﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، 180 ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﯾﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻃﻮﻟﯽ 4/46±0/21cm و وزﻧﯽ g 1/98±0/30 ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻧﺸﺪه و ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار )30 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ در ﻫﺮ ﺗﮑﺮار( در ﻣﺨﺎزن ﭘﻼﺳﺘﯿﮑﯽ 60L ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري از ﻣﺎﻫﯽ در 20 ،10 و 30 روز ﻣﺤﺮوﻣﯿﺖ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ )ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﺷﺪ وﯾﮋه و وزن ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ(، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ )ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽ( ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻧﺸﺪه در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ )0/05
چكيده لاتين :
Different fish species tolerate starvation periods using distinct strategies of activating adaptive biochemical and physiological mechanisms that enable them to cope with the adverse condition. The present study was investigated the effect of starvation on growth, chemical compositions and non- specific immune parameters in grunters (Terapon jarbua) fry. In this study, 180 fry of T.jarbua studied with mean length 4.46± 0.21 cm and weight 1.98± 0.30 g that included fed and starved groups each with three replicates (30 fish per replicate) in a 60 – liter plastic tanks. Sampling of fish was performed at 10, 20 and 30 days of food deprivation. The results showed that specific growth ratio (SGR) and increased weight gain (growth parameters), protein and fat (chemical compositions) levels were significantly lower in starved group than in fed group (P<0.05). In starved group, lysozyme concentrations were significantly higher at day 30 (58.44±5.44 Unit/mL) (P<0.05). The present results indicate that grunters can tolerant 1 month starvation period and use lipid and protein as energy sources during starvation.
