تعيين و طبقه‌بندي الزامات رضايتمندي گردشگران با استفاده از مدل كانو و مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري(مطالعه موردي: گردشگران باغ بهادران)

رضايت گردشگر مقوله‌اي است كه سبب وفاداري گردشگر براي تداوم مسافرت به مقصد و تشويق و ترغيب دوستان و آشنايان به ديدار از شهر مقصد مي‌گردد به‌اين‌ترتيب موجب رونق، تداوم و پايداري گردشگري در مقاصد گردشگري فراهم مي‌آيد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر رضايتمندي گردشگران باغ بهادران است. بدين منظور از مدل سنجش رضايتمندي كانو استفاده‌شده و در ادامه با استفاده از مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري عوامل اثرگذار بر رضايتمندي گردشگران اولويت‌بندي شده است. جامعه آماري كليه گردشگران وارد شده به شهر باغ بهادران مي‌باشد و حجم نمونه محاسبه‌شده با فرمول كوكران 381 نفر است. عوامل مؤثر بر رضايتمندي گردشگران با توجه به مدل كانو به سه بخش الزامات عملكردي، اساسي و انگيزشي تقسيم‌بندي شده است. نتايج حاصل از مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري بيانگر آن است، الزامات عملكردي با بار عاملي 0/98 بيشترين تأثير را بر رضايتمندي گردشگران داراست. الزامات انگيزشي با بار عاملي 0/91 و الزامات اساسي با بار عاملي 0/89 به ترتيب در جايگاه‌هاي دوم و سوم قرارگرفته‌اند. همچنين با توجه به نتايج حاصل از مدل كانو در بين عوامل عملكردي، امنيت با ضريب رضايتمندي 0/765 بيشترين اثر را بر رضايتمندي گردشگران داشته است. در بين عوامل الزامات انگيزشي، سيستم‌هاي ارتباطي مناسب با ضريب رضايت 0/536 و در بين الزامات اساسي تنوع در فعاليت‌ها با ضريب رضايت 0/339 اثرگذارترين عامل برانگيزاننده احساس رضايت تشخيص داده شد.

For this purpose used the model Kano satisfaction evaluation and in the following been prioritized Factors influencing tourists' satisfaction by using Structural Equation Modeling. Statistical Society is all tourists entering the section Baghbahadoran and The sample size calculation With Cochran formula is 381 people. According to the Kano model Factors affecting tourists' satisfaction Divided Into three parts, Functional Requirements, Basic and motivational. The results of Structural Equation Modeling Suggests Functional requirements with the load factor 0/98 the greatest impact on Tourists' satisfaction is. Motivational factor load requirements 0/91 and basic requirements with coefficient of 0/89 in the second and third positions were respectively. Also according to the results of the Kano model in the functional elements Security Had the greatest influence on tourists' satisfaction 0/7659 satisfaction index. Among the factors motivational requirements appropriate communication systems by a factor of satisfaction 0/536 and among the basic requirements Diversity in activities with satisfaction factor 0/3395 recognized the most effective triggers a sense of satisfaction
