ارزيابي فضاهاي گردشگري شهر يزد با تاكيد بر بحران‌هاي گردشگري

گردشگري پديده‌اي نوين، به‌عنوان يكي از فرايندهاي توليد كننده فضا، از مختصات بنيادين جوامع شهري است كه نسبت به بحران‌هاي مختلف بسيار آسيب‌پذير است. فضاهاي گردشگري شهري به‌ عنوان زير مجموعه‌اي از فضاهاي شهري و مرتبط با گردشگران در برابر بحران‌هاي انساني و طبيعي بسيار حساس هستند. با توجه به جاذبه‌هاي گردشگري فراوان در ايران و همچنين در شهرهاي سنتي مانند يزد، توجه به بحث امنيت كالبدي فضاهاي گردشگري و همچنين امنيت گردشگران ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. اين در حالي است كه با توجه به قرار گرفتن شهر يزد در زمره شهرهاي جهاني دنيا و استقبال بيشتر گردشگران، نياز به برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي جامعي جهت مقابله با بحران‌هاي احتمالي در اين مكان‌ها بيشتر احساس مي‌شود. اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي و ازنظر هدف كاربردي است كه در آن با بهره‌گيري از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، معيارهاي مرتبط با بحران‌خيزي فضاهاي گردشگري استخراج و با نظر كارشناسان، بومي‌شده كه شامل معيارهاي مكان‌يابي، ويژگي‌هاي كالبدي، تأسيسات و نيروي انساني بوده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل متخصصان و كارشناسان سازمان‌هاي مرتبط با تحقيق بوده كه با توجه به نامشخص بودن دقيق تعداد كارشناسان، از نمونه‌گيري تصادفي قابل‌دسترس استفاده گرديده است. براي تحليل سؤالات تحقيق از مدل‌هاي AHP و پرومته، استفاده‌شده كه نتايج حاكي از آن است كه از بين معيارها، معيار مكان‌يابي نقش اول را در جهت مقابله با بحران دارد و از بين فضاها، عناصر خدماتي گردشگري مانند پارك‌ها و فضاهاي سبز در رتبه اول و فضاهاي مذهبي و تجاري در رتبه‌هاي بعدي ازنظر وضعيت مناسب در مقابل بحران‌ها قرار دارند. بر همين مبنا راهكارهاي ساماندهي و تجهيز محورهاي گردشگري و فضاهاي شاخص گردشگري در محدوده بافت قديم در جهت ارتقاء امنيت كالبدي-انساني و ارتقاء جنبه‌هاي زيبايي‌شناسي اين فضاها پيشنهاد مي‌گردد.

The tourism is a modern phenomenon, as one of the processes of production of space and fundamental coordinates of urban communities that it is very vulnerable to various crises. The urban tourism Spaces as a subset of urban spaces are very sensitive against natural and human disasters that the typology of these spaces is important in terms of places of visit, activity and services.Considering the many tourist attractions in Iran, as well as in traditional cities such as Yazd, it is necessary to pay attention to the issue of the physical security of tourist spaces as well as the safety of tourists. However, due to the fact that the city of Yazd is among the world's major cities and is welcomed by most tourists, the need for comprehensive planning to deal with possible crises in this area is felt more. This article attempt to identify the affecting criteria for assessing the crisis and prioritization the criteria and spaces in the Yazd city with a descriptive-analytical method and AHP and PROMETTE models. Also, the ranking of historians based on physical and human dimensions (security) has been done using the Prometheus model. The results show that the location is the first place among the other criteria to deal with the crisis and among the spaces, elements of tourism services such as parks and green spaces and religious spaces and commercial are appropriate to the crisis. Accordingly, it is recommended of organizing and providing tourism routs within the historic fabric to enhance the physical and human security and Organizing tourism index spaces and enhance the aesthetic aspects of these spaces.
