The Method of Discovering Islamic Theory from the Religious Texts and Resources

روش نظريه‌پردازي به ­صورت عام و روش اكتشاف نظريه اسلامي از منابع و متون ديني به­ صورت خاص از دغدغه‌هاي مهم پژوهشگران معاصر است. اين مقاله در پي پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه «چگونه مي‌توان از منابع و متون ديني به اكتشاف و استنباط "نظريه"‌ پرداخت؟». نويسنده با هدف ارائة روشي نو و اطمينان‌آور در اين باره، با اشاره‌اي به مفروضات معرفت‌شناختي و دين‌شناختي بحث، با نگاهي كلان به نظام فكر اسلامي و با استفاده از مطالعات موردي و همچنين با به­ كارگيري روش تحليلي- فرايندي 9 ‌‌مرحله‌اي براي اكتشاف نظرية اسلامي از منابع و متون ديني اقدام كرده است. دستاوردهاي مهم اين مقاله عبارت ­اند از: الف. ارائة مدلي جديد يا دست‌كم اصلاح‌شده از روش اجتهاد؛ ب. ارائة روشي براي استنباط نظرية اسلامي؛ ج. نگاه كلان و مجموعي داشتن به روش اجتهاد به ­جاي نگاه جزءنگر؛ د. توجه دادن به نقش ضوابط اسلامي حاكم بر قلمروهاي گوناگون و همچنين قواعد اسلامي حاكم بر زيست انساني در فرايند اكتشاف نظريه اسلامي

The Method of theory making, in general, and the method of discovering Islamic theory from the religious texts and resources, in particular, is a most important concerns of Muslims contemporary researchers. This paper answers the question "How can to discover an Islamic theory from the religious texts and resources?" The author aims to provide a new and valid method about this issue. Thus in addition of reference to the main epistemological and religious assumptions of the debate, with a comprehensive view of the Islamic thought and the use of case studies, as well as with the use of analytical methods, a nine -step process has been provided to discover the Islamic theory from the religious texts and resources. The significant achievements of this paper are (1) providing a modified model of Ijtihad; (2) providing a method for discovering Islamic theory; (3)having a systematic and comprehensive view of the Ijtihad’s method; (4) to pay attention to the role of Islamic criteria about various territories as well as the Islamic rules governing human life in the process of the discovery of Islamic theory.
