روش‌شناسي تعاملات سازنده: راهي به‌سوي شكستن نظام سلسله‌ مراتبي دانش

Critical Communicative Methodology (CCM); A Way to Breaking the Hierarchical System of Knowledge

امروزه پژوهشگران اجتماعي، پژوهش خود را معمولاً از طريق روش­هاي كمي يا كيفي به انجام مي­رسانند. روش­هايي كه در ظاهر از پارادايم­ هاي متفاوت فلسفي ريشه گرفته است و اختلافي جدي با هم دارند؛ اما با وجود جدال­ بي‌امان طرفداران اين روش­ها با يكديگر، روش­هاي كمي و كيفي در برخي نكات، نظير سلسله‌ مراتبي بودن دانش با يكديگر وفاق دارند. در اين شرايط روش ­شناسي تعاملات سازنده با رويكردي انتقادي، عليه نظام سلسله‌مراتبي دانش مي ­شورد و مي­ كوشد تا تحقيق اجتماعي را با تحقق فردي و اجتماعي پيوند دهد. به‌اين‌ترتيب تغيير و تحول مثبت افراد، در كنار شناخت در دستور كار اين روش ­شناسي قرار مي ­گيرد. براي رسيدن به اين مهم، در روش شناسي تعاملات سازنده، در كنار پژوهشگر، پژوهش‌شونده نيز با وي در تعامل جدي بوده و نتيجه به‌دست‌آمده را به كميته­ اي مشورتي براي ارزيابي ارائه مي­ نمايند. افزون‌براين، در روش ­شناسي تعاملات سازنده از تكنيك­ هاي خاصي براي گردآوري و پردازش اطلاعات استفاده مي ­شود كه اين نوشتار درصدد بازنمايي آنها مي­ باشد

Today, social researches are conducted utilizing quantitative or qualitative methods stem from different philosophical paradigms and have serious differences. In spite of the serious controversies between fans of quantitative and qualitative methods, these methods have some common points such as the hierarchy of knowledge. Both of them believe that the recognition of the social world, which is the goal of the humanities, is the scientific authority of the researchers. In contrast, Critical Communicative Methodology (CCM) contrasts the hierarchical system of knowledge and tries to link the social research with individual and social comprehension holding a critical approach. To reach this aim, in studies which are done using CCM, participants involve in a serious communication with researcher and findings are evaluated by an advisory committee. Furthermore, researchers who utilize CCM in their studies employ specific techniques for gathering and processing data which are discussed in this article.
