Analytical review of the economic policy of the Prophet in the allocation of resources

هجرت پيامبر(ص) به مدينه، سرآغاز حكومت اسلامي بود. در آن زمان جامعه نوبنياد اسلامي داراي ساختار اقتصادي ابتدايي بود. پيامبر(ص) براي اداره كردن جامعه مي بايست اين نظام را از نظر اقتصادي اصلاح مي كرد. بنابراين ايشان به اصلاحاتي در ساختار اقتصادي مدينه اقدام نمودند. شغل هاي فاسد توسط پيامبر(ص) مذموم شمرده و حذف شدند. به جهاد و رفاه اقتصادي و اشتغال توجه ويژه اي شد و ايشان به توسعه عمران و آباداني همت نمودند. روش هاي اقتصادي پيامبر(ص) در دو زمينه ي درآمد و هزينه بود كه هدف مقاله ي حاضر تمركز بر مساله هزينه و تبيين تخصيص منابع بر پايه سياست اقتصادي پيامبر(ص) است. برخي از روش هاي تخصيص منابع در قرآن بيان شده بود و بخشي كه در قرآن نيامده بود را خود پيامبر(ص) اقدام مي نمود. پژوهش حاضر كه با روش توصيفي تحليلي و با تكيه بر منابع دست اول تاريخي به نگارش درآمده است، درصدد بررسي سياست اقتصادي پيامبر(ص) در تخصيص منابع و هزينه كردن بوده. بر اين اساس مقاله حاضر به اين نتيجه دست يافته كه تخصيص منابع از سوي پيامبر(ص) در سه جهت عمده كه عبارتند از ايجاد رفاه و از ميان بردن فاصله طبقاتي، توانمند نمودن مسلمانان از نظر نيروي نظامي و عمران و آباداني و توسعه اقتصادي انجام مي شده است.
