اقتصاد مقاومتي شكل خاصي از نظام اقتصادي اسلام است كه در وضعيت حمله همه جانبه اقتصادي دشمن كه كيان نظام اسلامي را به خطر مي اندازد، پديد مي آيد.در نظام اقتصادي اسلامي، در مواجهه با اين وضعيت با تغيير در اولويت هدف ها و به تبع آن در اصول راهبردي و سياست هاي كلان و حاكميت روحيه جهاد بر رفتارهاي اقتصادي دولت و مردم، راهبردي كلان طراحي مي شود كه تهديد را تبديل به فرصت كرده و باعث رشد جهشي مي شود .دراين تحقيق كه با عنوان رتبه بندي مهم ترين اقدامات حوزه اجتماعي بهزيستي لرستان در راستاي تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي مي باشد با استفاده از روش تصميم گيري تاپسيس به رتبه بندي فعاليت هاي حوزه اجتماعي بهزيستي لرستان پرداخته شده به همين منظور مولفه هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي كه از مجموعه سخنراني ها و بيانات مقام معظم رهبري در جمع مسئولين و كارشناسان ارشد اقتصادي نظام منبعث شده، معيارهاي ماتريس و فعاليت هاي حوزه اجتماعي بهزيستي لرستان كه برگرفته از اساسنامه سازمان بهزيستي بوده اند بعنوان گزينه ها در ماتريس تصميم گيري تعريف شده اند. نمونه آماري شامل از45 نفر از كارشناسان نخبه و آگاه به مسائل و فعاليت هاي اين سازمان مي باشند كه به صورت غير احتمالي انتخاب شده اند. با تكميل ماتريس توافقي تصميم و وزن دهي به شاخص هاي آن رتبه بندي گزينه ها صورت گرفت، نتايج پژوهش حاكي از اين است كه فعاليت هاي آموزشي اين سازمان در رتبه اول و ديگر فعاليت ها نيز به ترتيب اهميت در رتبه هاي بعدي قرار گرفته اند.

In the Islamic economic system, in response to this situation, with a change in the priority of the goals and, consequently, in the strategic principles and policies and the domination of the spirit of jihad on the economic and social behaviors of the state and the people, a strategic strategy that turns the threat into an opportunity and makes Leaky growth. In this research, which is ranked as the most important measures in the Lorestan social welfare area in order to realize the resistance economy, using the Topsis decision-making method, the Lorestan social welfare activities rankings have been analyzed. Respectively, the economics of resisting economics from the series of lectures and statements The Supreme Leader is among the top officials and top-level economic experts of the system, the criteria for matrixes and activities in the social sphere of Lorestan, which are derived from the charter of the Welfare Organization, are defined as options in the decision matrix. The statistical sample consists of 45 elite and conscious experts in the issues and activities of this organization that have been selected in a non-probable manner. By completing the agreed matrix and weighting the decision matrix indices, the ranking of the options was taken, the results of the research indicate that the organization's educational activities in the first rank and other activities are in the order of importance in the next rank.
