تحليل آسيب پذيري مساكن شهري در برابر خطر زلزله با استفاده از مدل Topsis (مطالعه موردي: مساكن شهر اروميه)

An Analysis of Urban Housing Vulnerability Against Earthquake Using Topsis Model (Case Study: Urmia City

در طول تاريخ همواره وقوع زلزله در شهرهاي كشور موجب فروپاشي ساختمان ها و در پي آن آسيب هاي جاني و مالي زيادي شده است. به منظور كاهش آسيب هاي ناشي از آن ، احداث ساختمان هاي مقاوم در برابر زلزله و مقاوم سازي ساختمان هاي موجود ضروري است. مقاله حاضر با هدف تحليل آسيب پذيري مساكن شهر اروميه و رتبه بندي مناطق اين شهر براساس ميزان آسيب پذيري مساكن در برابر زلزله با استفاده از روش Topsis انجام گرفته است. روش تحقيق مطالعه حاضر، به صورت توصيفي - تحليلي بوده و نوع تحقيق، كاربردي و رويكرد آن، به دو صورت كمي و كيفي است. جهت گردآوري داده ها از روش مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني بهره گرفته شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش بر اساس مدل Topsis نشان مي دهد در شهر اروميه ميانگين آسيب پذيري مسكن در مناطق برابر 0/485 مي باشد كه منطقه 4 با ميزان تاپسيس 0/818 درصد، آسيب پذيرترين منطقه به شمار آمده، منطقه 5 با ميزان تاپسيس 0/338 درصد، آسيب پذيري در حد متوسط و منطقه 1 با 0/296 درصد، كمترين آسيب پذيري را در برابر زلزله را دارد.

Earthquake has historically been considered as a cause for vast destruction of buildings, casualties, and financial damages in Iranian cities. To prevent such a disaster it is necessary to construct resistant buildings and retrofitting the existing ones. The main aim of the present study was analyzing the vulnerability of houses in Urmia against the earthquake and ranking the districts of the city using TOPSIS method. The applied method was descriptive-analytical and the type of research was applicable with a quantitative-qualitative approach. Documentary and field methods were applied to collect the required data. Based on TOPSIS method, the findings of the present study indicated that the average rate of vulnerability of houses for the whole city of Urmia was 0.485. The highest rate was belonged to district 4 with a TOPSIS score of 0.818 and the lowest one to district 1 with a score of 0.296. The score of district 5 was 0.338 which is considered as a moderated range of vulnerability against the earthquake.
