بررسي نقش مهاجرت روستائيان در پيدايش محلات اسكان غيررسمي (مطالعه موردي محله مير اشرف شهر اردبيل)

Investigating the Immigration of Villagers in the Occurrence of Informal Settlements Case Study of Mir Ashraf Neighborhood in Ardebil

يكي از معضلات شهرنشيني در شهر اردبيل تأثير پديده مهاجرت در شكل‌گيري سكونت‌گاه اسكان غيررسمي در اين شهر است. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش تحليلي، توصيفي و ميداني مي‌باشد. جمع‌آوري داده‌ها،روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني (پرسشنامه- مصاحبه) بوده و تحليل داده‌ها از روش تحليل كيفي مقايسه‌اي با استفاده از تحليل خروجي دادهاي نرم‌افزارهاي آماري SPSS، Excel بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج مقاله بيانگر اين است كه عوامل اقتصادي همچون كمبود اشتغال با 41 درصد، كمبود امكانات و خدمات رفاهي با 30 درصد، اشتياق براي يافتن شغل پردرآمد با 45 درصد و جاذبه‌هاي شهري با 29 درصد مهمترين عوامل سكني گزيني در مناطق اسكان غيررسمي(حاشيه‌نشين) ميراشرف بوده‌اند.

One of the problems of urbanization in the city of Ardebil is the impact of the migration phenomenon on the formation of an informal settlement in the city. The research method is analytical and descriptive. The required data is collected through library and field methods (questionnaire-interview), and data analysis is done using qualitative comparative analysis using SPSS and Excel software. The results of this paper indicate that economic factors such as lack of employment with 41%, lack of welfare facilities and services with 30%, longing to find high-paid jobs with 45%, and urban attractions with 29% are the most important factors of accommodation in Mir-Ashraf informal (marginal) settlements.
