بررسي و تحليل اهداف تعليم و تربيت عشاير با تكيه بر ديدگاه تربيتي بهمن بيگي: تحليل محتواي كيفي

An analysis on Nomad Education Objectives Based on Bahman Beigi Educational Perspectives at school levels: Qualitative Content Analysis

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي و تحليل اهداف تعليم و تربيت عشاير با تكيه بر ديدگاه بهمن بيگي با روش تحليل محتواي كيفي انجام شده است. اهداف تعليم و تربيت همواره يكي از دغدغه‌هاي بزرگ مسائل تربيتي و شايد به عنوان يكي از اركان حياتي و مهم‌ترين مسئله تعليم و تربيت مطرح و مورد بحث واقع بوده است. بنابرين بررسي اهداف نظام‌هاي آموزشي موفق مي‌تواند دست آورد خوبي براي دست اندر كاران نظامهاي آموزشي و دانشجويان رشته‌هاي علوم تربيتي به ارمغان آورد يكي از اين نظام‌ها كه در زمان بروز و ظهور خود توجه زيادي از انديشمندان و مسئولين اجرايي در سطح كشور و حتي نهادهاي بين المللي را بخود جلب كرد تعليمات عشايري به رهبري بهمن بيگي بود. اين پژوهش با توجه به هدف خود كه در صدر مطلب بيان شد با تحليل محتواي كيفي بجا مانده از مرحوم بهمن بيگي و مصاحبه‌هايي كه از دست اندر كاران اين نظام صورت گرفت و با ترسيم شبكه مضامين به 9 هدف (مفهوم) سازمان دهنده و 94 مضمون پايه (اهداف جزيي) دست يافت در بررسي‌ اولويت ها مشخص شدكه بعد از سواد آموزي اهداف تقويت كيفيت علمي، كاهش فاصله طبقاتي ترويج زبان فارسي، تقويت و ترويج روحيه شهامت و شجاعت، تكريم جايگاه زن در جامعه عشايري، در اين نظام آموزشي از اولويت بيشتري برخوردار بوده‌اند و اهداف سياسي و اعتقادي از اولويت كمتري برخوردار بوده‌اند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the goals of nomad's education based on the view of Bahman Beigi through qualitative content analysis method. The goals of education have always been one of the major concerns of educational issues and perhaps one of the crucial and most important issues of education. Therefore, the study of the goals of successful educational systems can be a great achievement for practitioners of educational systems and students in the field of educational sciences. One of these systems, which at the time of its emergence attracted considerable attention from thinkers and executives throughout the country, and international institutions was the nomadic education led by Bahman Beigi. This research, in light of its goal, which was highlighted at the beginning, conducted Qualitative Content Analysis of the ideas of late Bahman Beigi and the interviews with the system's participants and by plotting the network of themes reached 9 organizing goals (concept) and 94 basic theme (trivial goals). It was shown that after literacy, the goals of, enhancing the quality of science, promoting Farsi language, strengthening and promoting the spirit of courage and bravery, reverence for the position of women in the nomadic society in this educational system had more priority than political and religious goals
