چكيده فارسي :
در اواخر سدۀ بيستم دولت‌ها براي حل مشكلات مختلفي كه با آنها روبه‌رو بودند، به سبك جديدي از مديريت دولتي روي آوردند كه با عناويني مانند مديريت‌گرايي و مديريت دولتي نوين شهرت يافت. اما زمان زيادي نگذشت كه انتقادها به اين روش مديريت دولتي نيز وارد شد و مشخص شد كه سبك مديريت دولتي مبتني بر فلسفۀ اقتصادي بازارمحور و شيوه‌هاي مورد استفاده در بخش خصوصي، نه‌تنها ادعاهاي اوليه خود را برآورده نمي‌كند و تعارض‌هايي در آن وجود دارد، بلكه پيامدهاي ناگواري نيز به‌همراه دارد كه ناشي از فلسفۀ اصلي مديريت‌گرايي يعني اقتصاد سرمايه‌داري است. بناي اصول رفتاري بر اساس اقتصاد بازارمحور و قبول ارزش‌هاي فلسفي اين سبك مديريت توسط دولت و دولتمردان، به‌ناچار آنها را مبلغ و نماد همان باورها و پيش‌فرض‌ها خواهد كرد كه در تعارض آشكار با اهداف و گزاره‌هاي دولت ديني است. روش تحليل مقاله استفادۀ گسترده از متون موثق در خصوص موضوع و مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي وسيع براي شناخت اصول بنيادين اصول مديريت دولتي نوين و مقايسۀ تحليلي آن با اصول دولت ديني است. از طرفي پيش‌فرض‌ها و پيامدهاي تشكيل دولت ديني نيز با استفاده از مطالعۀ كتابخانه‌اي وسيع تحليل شده است. در پايان محقق سعي كرده است كه با استفاده از روش تحليلي و نگاه از منظر فلسفۀ دولت ديني پيامدهاي فرهنگ‌ساز مديريت‌گرايي را برشمرد و نشان دهد كه استفاده از اصول غيرديني مستتر در سبك مديريت دولتي نوين هرچند غيرعمدي باشد، شايد اثرات مخربي و دين‌گريزانه را در جامعه به همراه داشته باشد و حتي به استحالۀ ديني از طريق بي‌اعتمادي مردم به دولت ديني منجر شود.
چكيده لاتين :
In the late twentieth century the government started to try a new style in management in order to solve the various problems they faced which became known as managerialism and new public management.Soon after it was criticised and showed that not only did this method of govermental management which is based on market-oriented philosophy,and mehtods used in private section satisfy its claim and have some conflicts,too but also have some adverse effects which derives from capitalist economy that is the main principle of management. The behavioral principles based on market - oriented economy and acceptance of the values of the philosophical management style by the government and governors makes them to be a symbol of those beliefs and theories which are in obvious conflict with the goals and postulates of religious government.
Analysis article method, is content analysis with extensive use of authentic texts on the subject of extensive study library for recognition of the fundamental principles of modern public administration and comparative analysis with the principles of religious government. On the other hand presuppositions and implications of religious government has analyzed by using an extensive library of study is analyzed.Finally, the researchers haz tried by using the analytical methodology and government philosophy from the perspective of religious extremism try to express the cultural consequences of managerialism and to show that the use of non - religious principles contained in the new government management style , though that involuntary , can have devastating effects in community
