The purpose of this study is to provide a model for the promotion and education of happiness in high school students in the first period of Tehran. The research method is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose, applicability, and in terms of information gathering. First, to identify the factors affecting the happiness of students, and to determine the impact of factors affecting happiness, after reviewing the related texts, a researcher-made questionnaire (68 / reliability) was conducted among the 02 faculty members (experts) who were purposefully selected They were distributed in three stages. Also, in order to determine the priority of factors affecting the happiness of students from the viewpoint of managers and teachers of secondary schools, a questionnaire consisting of factors extracted from the previous stage was distributed among 02 teachers and teachers of the schools of Tehran. In the third part, to assess the happiness of students, The Oxford Hills and Argyle Standard Scholars Questionnaire (0220), and the researcher-made questionnaire on the factors affecting happiness in a sample of 463 people (based on Krejcy and Morgan's table) of a population of about 022,222 students attending the first-year high school (0438-0430) In Tehran, a cluster sampling method, were distributed. For face validity, the questionnaires were approved by the experts. The validity of the Oxford Shadi questionnaire: Hills and Argyle (0220) reported the reliability of the questionnaire to be 2930 and the internal correlation between 2923 and 2980 Other factors of the individual factor questionnaire were: reliability (64838) and school agent with reliability (830) and factor of family with reliability (803). To analyze the data at the level of descriptive statistics, averages, standard deviations, tables and graphs, and inferential statistics of t-test, single-sample t-test, shafa test and multivariate analysis of variance, and also analysis of data hierarchy ( AHP), Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used using MATLAB software and SPSS and Laser software. The results showed that the joy of high school students in the first cycle was lower than the average (0930). In addition, the results from the viewpoint of the teachers, teachers and students revealed that three categories of factors (individual, family and school) Accordingly, the joy of high school students in the first period of Tehran is effective. From the point of view of the experts, optimism, sense of meaning in life, goal,
extroversion, positive attitude and relationship with friends have the greatest effect on happiness. Also, in the family affiliate, the mental health affects students' happiness. In the school's agent, happy physical atmosphere and feeling of belonging to the school are factors that are effective.
From the managers 'and teachers' point of view, the individual factors of outsourcing, optimism and friendship with peers were the highest. Parents in the parent's family, family support, relaxation and family health and mental health have the highest rank in relation to Happiness has students. In the school's principal, happy physical atmosphere, the respect between teachers and friends is of the utmost importance. The results of path analysis and structural equation modeling techniques showed that family factor with path coefficient of 2934. and an individual factor with a path coefficient of 00 /. The effect of joy has been on the factor of school with a path coefficient of 08 /. There is less impact on student happiness.
According to the results obtained for happiness education, students should have the most investment in the family factor (total path coefficient 080 /) and individual factor (total path coefficient 084 /) and school (total path coefficient 08 /). Enhance student happiness.
