چكيده فارسي :
رهبري در سازمان‌هاي آموزشي به دليل ارتباط با تربيت انسان، از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است .خداوند متعال، رهبري تربيت انسان را به عهده گرفته و قرآن را به‌عنوان برنامه عملياتي تربيت انسان نازل كرده و در آن تمام ابعاد تربيت انسان را بيان فرموده است. بر اين اساس هدف اين پژوهش تبيين مؤلفه‌هاي رهبري در سازمان‌هاي آموزشي از منظر قرآن كريم است. اين پژوهش به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ روش، توصيفي -كيفي و شيوه جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، بررسي اسنادي و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها بر اساس راهبرد تحليل مضمون است. تفسير نور قرآن، به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و 4000 شناسه اوليه دريافت و طي فرايند تحليل مضمون،154 مضمون پايه و پنج مؤلفه‌ي اهميت و جايگاه، ويژگي‌ها، اصول، نبايدها و وظايف رهبري استخراج گرديد و درنهايت، رهبري خدامحور به‌عنوان مضمون فراگير شناسايي شد. بر اساس يافته‌ها اين پژوهش از منظر قرآن، رهبري، ركن و مرجع تعالي‌بخش سازمان محسوب شده و 37 ويژگي در ذيل مؤلفه‌هاي فرعي اعتقادي، اخلاقي و فردي براي آن شناسايي‌شده است. در بعد مؤلفه‌ي اصول،32 اصل همچون توكل بر خدا و انگيزه الهي، همسويي با سنت‌هاي الهي و در مؤلفه نبايدها،40 مورد همچون بي‌عدالتي، بدرفتاري، دنيازدگي، غفلت و در مؤلفه وظايف رهبري ، 39 وظيفه همچون برنامه‌ريزي، تدبر و تصميم‌گيري شناسايي شدند. بر اساس نتايج، رهبري خدامحور در سازمان‌هاي آموزشي نوعي از رهبري است كه در آن تمام رفتارها و كنش‌هاي رهبري در چارچوب دستورات و رضايت خدا اعمال مي‌شود و رهبر به‌طور مستمر باايمان و عمل صالح در مسير تعالي سازماني تلاش مي‌كند.
چكيده لاتين :
Leadership in educational organizations is of paramount importance because of the relationship between human being and the human being. The Almighty God has led the leadership of human education and presented the Qur'an as an operational plan for human education, in which all aspects of human education are expressed. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to explain the components of leadership in educational organizations from the point of view of the Holy Qur'an. This research is applied in terms of purpose and methodology, descriptive-compilation and data collection method, documentary analysis and data analysis based on the analysis of the content strategy. Interpreted in light of the Quran, as selected randomly, 4000 ID received first and the process of content analysis, 154 basic attributes of the five factors of importance, characteristics, principles, should not and leadership tasks was extracted and ultimately lead God-centered as the theme of inclusive were identified. Based on the findings, this research has been considered from the perspectives of the Quran, leadership, pillar and exalting authority, and 37 characteristics are identified below for the subjective elements of belief, ethics and individuality. The next component of 32 principles such as trust in God and divine motivation, alignment with divine customs and components Don'ts, 40 cases of injustice, abuse, obsession of this world, neglect and components of leadership tasks, 39 tasks such as planning, thinking and decision-making were identified. . Based on the results, leadership in the educational organization is a kind of leadership in which all the leadership behaviors and actions within the framework of God's orders and satisfaction are applied and the leader constantly strives to maintain good faith and practice in the direction of organizational excellence.
