Choosing the best solution to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness Using Game Theory

هدف اين مقاله پيدا كردن راهكارهايي براي افزايش مقدار اثربخشي كلي تجهيزات (OEE) مي‌باشد. لذا در اين مقاله سعي شده است تا با استفاده از تحقيقات مختلف و مصاحبه‌هاي ساختارمند با خبرگان واحد نگهداري و تعميران (نت) اين شركت، راهكارهايي را براي افزايش OEE يافت و ازآنجايي‌كه استفاده از همه راهكارها در تمامي واحدها امري پرهزينه و بي‌ فايده است مي‌بايست راهكارهايي كه بيشترين تأثير را در افزايش OEE دارند و واحدهايي كه بيشترين تجهيزات و دستگاه‌ها را دارا مي‌باشند (واحدهايي كه اهميت نت در آنها بيشتر است) معين شوند. در اين راستا پرسشنامه‌هايي با هدف تعيين واحدهايي كه اصول نت در آنها پراهميت‌تر است در ميان سرپرستان واحدهاي مختلف اين كارخانه توزيع مي‌شود و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AHP فازي، دو واحدي كه اولويت برتر دارند به‌عنوان بازيكنان انتخاب مي‌شوند. همچنين دو راهكار از ميان راهكارهايي كه بيشترين تأثير را در افزايش مقدار OEE دارند از طريق توزيع پرسشنامه‌هايي در ميان سرپرستان بخش‌هاي مختلف كارخانه و استفاده از نرم‌افزار AHP فازي تعيين مي‌گردند. سپس اين راهكارها با استفاده از نظريه بازي‌ها به اين واحدها تخصيص داده مي‌شوند و در پي آن برترين راهكار براي هر واحد كه باعث افزايش مقدار OEE مي‌شود به اين واحد صنعتي معرفي مي‌گردد. نتايج بيانگر آن است كه واحد رنگرزي و بوبين پيچي از ميان واحدهاي اين شركت از لحاظ اهميت نت داراي اولويت برتري مي‌باشند و استفاده از راهكار آموزش نيروي انساني شامل آشنايي كاربران با عملكرد ماشين‌آلات و به‌روزرساني علمي و تجربي گروه نگهداري و تعميرات در اين دو واحد باعث حداكثر شدن مقدار OEE مي‌گردد.

Maintenance is a subject that is frequently used in the industry today due to the spread and pervasiveness of industry in human daily life in order to meet their needs. In this regard, according to research and interviews conducted in RanginNakhBeshel company inadequate attention to the maintenance and repair (NET), followed by lack of attention to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) prevented the success of the company in increasing production efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to find ways to increase OEE. Therefore, in this article we have tried to use various research and structured interviews with experts to find ways and increase OEE. Due to the fact that the use of all methods in all units is costly and useless, methods with the greatest impact on the increase of OEE and units with the highest equipment and devices must be identified. In this regard questionnaires to determine the units with more important NET principles will be distributed among the heads of the various units of the plant and then they are selected as players with use of Fuzzy AHP dual software. Two solutions also among the strategies that have the greatest effect on increasing OEE are defined by distributing questionnaires among the heads of the various departments and Fuzzy AHP software. Then these strategies are assigned to these units using game theory. an‎d at that moment the best solution to increase OEE for each unit will be introduced to the plant. results show that the Dyeing and Coil Winding units has to be top priority among the units of the company in terms of importance of NET and the use of manpower training involves operators orientation with machines operations and update scientific and experimental groups strategy makes the amount of OEE maximum in the two units
