The Effect of Execution of the Environment Arrangement System on Performance of Managers

هدف اصلي اين مقاله بررسي تأثير اجراي آراستگي محيط بر عملكرد مديران ناجا است. نظام آراستگي محيط داراي پنج عامل جداسازي و تعمير، ترتيب و تنظيم، تميزي، تداوم و ايمني و آموزش و انضباط است. تحقيق از نوع كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعة آماري شامل تمام مديران مالي ناجا است. روش نمون هگيري، تصادفي ساده است و 84 نفر نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است كه با استفاده از روايي محتوايي به تأييد صاحبنظران رسيد و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ 89 / 0 به دست آمد. براي بررسي عادي بودن داده ها، آزمون همبستگي پيرسون براي بررسي رابطه متغيرها و آزمون رگرسيون براي بررسي تأثير هر كدام از عوامل آراستگي محيط استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه به كارگيري اصولي نظام آراستگي محيط بر بهبود عملكرد مديران ناجا تأثير دارد به طوري كه عامل سازماندهي و تعمير با 82 / 0بيشترين و عامل نظم و ترتيب با 72 / 0كمترين تأثير را دارد.

،he main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of Environment Arrangement on the performance of NAJA managers. The Environment Arrangement system has five factors for separating and repairing, arranging and sorting, cleaning, sustaining and safety, and training and discipline. The research is applied and descriptive survey method has been used. The statistical society includes all NAJA financial managers. Sampling method was simple random and 84 subjects were selected. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which was approved by the experts through content validity and its reliability was 0.89 by Cronbach’s alpha. Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationship between variables and the regression test was used to examine the effect of each of the elements of arranging the environment. The results of this study showed that the principled application of Environment Arrangement system affects the performance improvement of Naja managers so that the organizing and repairing factors are the highest with 0.82 and the ordering factor with the least effect of 0.72.
