عوامل مؤثر در بهبود مشاركت سياسي از ديدگاه روستاييان مورد شناسي: شهرستان اردبيل

Effective Factors in Improving Political Participation from the Viewpoint of Villagers (Case Study: Ardabil City

هدف اين مقاله بررسي عوامل مؤثر در بهبود مشاركت سياسي از ديدگاه روستاييان شهرستان اردبيل است. در مرحلۀ نخست، عوامل مؤثر در بهبود مشاركت سياسي در محدودۀ مورد مطالعه، از ديدگاه نخبگان محلي با استفاده از مصاحبۀ نيمه‌ساختاريافته مورد شناسايي قرار گرفت. براي نيل به اين مقصود، با 35 نفر از ساكنان منطقۀ مورد‌ مطالعه كه داراي تحصيلات دانشگاهي با حداقل مدرك تحصيلي فوق‌ديپلم بودند، مصاحبه‌هاي جداگانه‌اي به‌عمل آمد. در مرحلۀ دوم تحقيق، براي شناخت و تحليل ديدگاه اجتماعات روستايي و ميزان توافق نظري آن‌ها با نتايج مرحلۀ نخست، 38 علت شناسايي‌شده مبناي طراحي پرسش‌نامه به روش ليكرت‌ قرار گرفت. گفتني است جامعۀ آماري مورد مطالعه در اين پژوهش، شامل كل روستاييان بالاي 15 سال ساكن در مناطق روستايي شهرستان اردبيل است (85053.=N) كه از اين ميان تعداد 383 نفر با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماري انتخاب شدند. روايي صوري پرسش‌نامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. مطالعۀ راهنما در منطقۀ مشابه جامعۀ آماري با تعداد30 پرسش‌نامه صورت گرفت و با داده‌هاي كسب‌شده و استفاده از فرمول ويژۀ كرونباخ آلفا در نرم‌افزار SPSS، پايايي بخش‌هاي مختلف پرسش‌نامۀ تحقيق 0/72 الي 0/84 به‌دست آمد. براي تجزيه‌و‌تحليل داده‌ها از مدل تحليل عاملي استفاده شد و نتايج اين مدل نشان داد مهم‌ترين عوامل مؤثر در بهبود مشاركت سياسي از ديدگاه روستاييان در منطقۀ مورد مطالعه شامل چهار مؤلفه (بهبود زيست‌سياسي و يادگيري اجتماعي، بهبود زيست‌اجتماعي و شبكه‌سازي، شكوفايي اقتصادي و اعتمادسازي، بهبود زيست‌محيطي و تقويت انگيزش) است كه مقدار واريانس و واريانس تجمعي تبيين‌شده توسط اين شش عامل 58/54 است و در‌نهايت‌ بر‌اساس نتايج تحقيق پيشنهادهاي كاربردي ارائه شده است.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors effective on the improvement of political participation from the Viewpoint of local people of Ardabil County. First, Effective Factors in Improving Political Participation in the study area were identified from the view point of local elites using semi-structured interviews. To achieve this goal, 35 residents of the studied region were interviewed individually with college education and at least a bachelor's degree. In the second step of study, in order to understand and analyze rural communities' view point and their theoretical agreement degree with the results of the first step, 38 identified causes were the questionnaire design basis by Likert method. It can be said that studied population in this study consists of all villagers living in rural areas of Ardabil County in 2016 (N= 85053), among which 383 persons were selected as statistical sample using Cochran formula. In order to analyze the data, factor analysis model was used and the results of this model showed the most important factor improvement of political participation from the perspective of local people in studied region includes five components (improvement of political living and social learning, improvement of social living and latticework, economical flowering and confidence building and environmental living and motivation amplify) that explained variance and the cumulative variance by the five factors 58.54. an‎d finally, practical suggestions have been presented according to the results of the study.
