تحليل عوامل مؤثر در توسعة ورزش‌هاي پايه در مدارس ابتدايي شهر اهواز

Analysis of Effective Factors on the Developing Basic Sports in the Elementary Schools of Ahvaz

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحليل عوامل مؤثر در توسعة ورزش‌هاي پايه در مدارس ابتدايي شهر اهواز بود. روش پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي بود كه با روش پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعة آماري همة معلمان ورزش مرد و زن شهر اهواز بودند (تعداد =521). حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان برآورد شد (220 نفر). ابزار اندازه‌گيري پرسش‌نامة پژوهشگرساخته بود. براي بررسي روايي محتوايي و صوري، پرسش‌نامه دراختيار چند تن از اساتيد مرتبط قرار گرفت و پس از اعمال اصلاحات موردنظر توزيع شد. همچنين، براي بررسي روايي و پايايي سازه‌اي از روايي همگرايي و واگرايي استفاده شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه نُه عامل فرهنگي و اجتماعي، مديريتي و سازماني، اقتصادي، نيروي انساني متخصص، امكانات و تجهيزات، انگيزشي، زماني، آب‌وهوا و رسانه برتوسعة ورزش‌هاي پايه در مدارس ابتدايي شهر اهواز تأثير دارند. به‌طوركلي، با توجه به خروجي نهايي نرم‌افزار پي.ال.اس. و شاخص‌هاي برازش آن مشخص شد كه مدل ارائه‌شده با داده‌هاي حاصل از پژوهش منطبق مي‌باشد و مناسب است. دراين‌ميان، عوامل مديريتي با ضريب مسير 326/0 بيشترين و عوامل انگيزشي با ضريب مسير 071/0 كمترين تأثير را بر عوامل توسعة ورزش‌هاي پايه در مدارس اهواز دارند. به‌طوركلي، توصيه مي‌شود نگاه ويژه‌اي به عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعة ورزش‌هاي پايه در مدارس انجام شود و در سياست‌گذاري‌هاي ورزشي مدارس اين نتايج لحاظ شوند.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the development of basic sports in elementary schools of Ahvaz. The research method was descriptive-analytical. A survey was conducted.The statistical population included all male and female sports teachers in Ahvaz (N=521). The sample size was estimated using Morgan table (n=220). The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire designed by the researchers. To assess the content and the formality of the questionnaire, a number of related professors were reviewed and distributed after the desired modifications. Also, convergence and divergence validity was used to investigate the validity and reliability of the construct. The findings of this study showed that 9 factors of cultural and social, managerial and organizational, economic, personnel, equipment, motivational, time, climate and media affect the development of basic sports in elementary schools of Ahvaz. In general, considering the final output of the software and its fitting indexes, it was found that the proposed model is consistent with the data obtained from the research. In the meanwhile, management factors with path coefficient (0.326) had the highest and motivational factors with path coefficient (0.071) had the least effect on the development of basic sports in Ahvaz schools. In general, it is recommended that special consideration be given to the factors affecting the development of basic gymnastics in schools and to take into account the results of sporting school policies.
