تبيين ايثار به مثابه مبنا، اصل و روش تربيتي با تاكيد بر مبادي سه گانه عمل

The Interpretation of Isar (Altruism) as the Foundation, Principle, and Method of Education, Emphasizing the Triple Basis of Action

حفظ و گسترش تعاملات انساني مستلزم مقيد بودن به فضايلي همچون ايثار است كه متضمن نتايج مطلوب بسياري از بعد فردي و اجتماعي؛ و ضامن سلامت روابط انساني است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي مباني فلسفي ايثار و تبيين بالقوگي هاي تربيتي آن با تأكيد بر مبادي سه گانه عمل (از منظر نظريه انسان عامل) است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي ضمن بررسي مباني فلسفي ايثار به عنوان يك عمل اخلاقي- معرفتي، با نظر به مبادي سه گانه عمل، جايگاه آن را در تربيت اسلامي ابتدا از جهت هدف غايي و اهداف واسطي و سپس در جايگاه مبنا، اصل و روش به طور مجزا تحليل نموده است. يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه اگرچه شرط پذيرش عمل ايثارگرايانه از منظر اسلام توجه همزمان به مبادي سه گانه (شناختي، گرايشي و ارادي) عمل است، تأكيد اسلام بر مبدأ شناختي است. در ادامه ضمن تصريح نظر اسلام در عدم توجه به ايثار به عنوان هدف غايي تربيت، به اهداف واسطي هشت گانه در ارتباط با دست يابي به مقام ايثار اشاره شده است و پس از آن جايگاه ايثار به عنوان مبنا، اصل و روش به طور مجزا بررسي و دلالت هاي تربيتي هريك تبيين شده است. به طور مثال ايثار به منزله مبنا در برگيرنده سه اصل و هر اصل متضمن يك روش است. در نهايت اين نكته نيز قابل تأمل است كه وجه مشترك عاملين در اقدام به عمل ايثارگرايانه در اولويت قرار گرفتن متعلَّق ايثار در لحظه اقدام عملي است.

Developing materialistic and humanistic thoughts by promoting the individualist attitudes has provided a utilitarian definition from happiness. While human interactions require virtues like “Esaar” which has individual and social desirable results that makes human relationship safe. The philosophical foundation of Esaar and its educational place was regarded as a moral and epistemic action in this research. The research method is descriptive- analytic. The philosophical foundations of "Esaar" with regard as the triple basis of action from the perspective of " human the agent" theory in Islam was examined. Then the place of “ Esaar” in Islamic education has been analyzed, first, for the ultimate goal and intermediate goals then as the educational foundation, principle and method separately. But the Islamic distinctive feature and its acceptance condition of the sacrificial act referred simultaneously to the triple (cognitive, motivational, and voluntary) basis of action. Accordance with the intermediate goals in Islamic theory of action, “Esaar” contains specific goals. The results showed that the common feature of “Esaar” for all agents is the preference of belief about what “Esaar” belong to in the moment of action.
