Four Knowledge Regions of Educational Administration; A Histographical Approach

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، فهم تطور مفهومي مديريت آموزشي از مجراي كنكاش در مقاله هاي اين حوزه بوده ­است. براي دستيابي به هدف مذكور از روش تحليل استنادي بهره گرفته شده ­است. در اين راستا، تعداد 9385 مدرك نمايه ­شده در «وب او ساينس» طي سال‌هاي 2015-1900 ميلادي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار «هيست سايت» مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته هاي به دست آمده حاكي از شناسايي چهار اقليم دانش با عنوان هاي «رهبري آموزشي و عملكرد مدرسه»، «سنتز پژوهي مطالعات اثربخشي مدارس»، «رهبري توزيعي» و «مفاهيم مرتبط با سازمان آموزشي» مي‌باشد. در پايان، ضمن بحث در مورد علل شكل گيري اقليم هاي مذكور، پيشنهادهايي براي بهبود وضعيت مديريت آموزشي در داخل كشور ارائه شده است.

The purpose of this research is to understand the conceptual evolution of Educational Administration (EA) through exploration of articles in this field. The current study is aimed to answer this question: “is it possible to visualize of conceptual line of EA based on review of scholarly productions in the last century? In order to respond the above-mentioned question, the scientometrics method was used. Research data collected during 1900-2015 from Web of Science (WOS) was analyzed by Histcite software. The results indicated that EA studies have been led to four scholarly regions as: “educational leadership and school performance”, “synthesis of schools effectiveness studies”, “distributed leadership”, and “concepts related to educational organization”. At the end, causes of the formation of these regions have been discussed and some suggestions have been made to improve the EA in Iran
