بررسي نقش مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي و جوّ خانواده در حل مسألۀ اجتماعي: نقش واسطه‌اي انعطاف‌پذيري شناختي

The Role of Social Skills and the Family Emotional Atmosphere in Social Problem Solving: The Mediating Role of Cognitive Flexibility

پژوهش حاضرباهدف بررسي نقش واسطه‌‌گري انعطاف‌‌پذيري شناختي در حل مسألۀ اجتماعي با رويكرد به متغيّرهاي مهارت‌‌هاي اجتماعي و جوّ عاطفي خانواده انجام شد. بدين منظور 200 نفر (شامل 100 پسر و 100دختر) از دانش‌آموزان كلاس ششم ابتدايي شهر شيراز با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از مقياس جوّ عاطفي خانواده (هيل‌برن، 1964)، مقياس سنجش مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي ماتسون (1983)، پرسش‌نامۀ حل مسألۀ اجتماعي (ديزوريلا، نزو، ميدو-اليورس، 2002) و پرسش‌نامۀ انعطاف‌پذيري شناختي (دنيس و وندروال، 2010) استفاده شد. داده‌‌ها با استفاده از شيوۀ آماري تحليل مسير، با نرم‌افزارAMOSمورد تحليل قرار گرفت و شاخص‌هاي برازش مدل استخراج شد. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان از برازش مطلوب مدل داشت و در‌نتيجه مدل مورد پژوهش تأييد شد. علاوه‌بر اين، نتايج نشان داد كه متغيّر مهارت‌‌هاي اجتماعي پيش‌‌بيني‌كنندۀ مثبت و معنادار حل مسألۀ اجتماعي است. همچنين متغيّرهاي مهارت‌‌هاي اجتماعي و جوّ عاطفي خانواده، پيش‌‌بيني‌كنندۀ مثبت و معنادار انعطاف‌‌پذيري شناختي هستند. از طرف ديگر، انعطاف‌‌پذيري شناختي نيز حل مسألۀ اجتماعي را پيش‌‌بيني مي‌‌كند،اما بين جوّ عاطفي خانواده و حل مسألۀ اجتماعي، ارتباط معناداري مشاهده نشد؛ ولي نقش واسطه‌‌گري انعطاف‌‌پذيري شناختي بين مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي، و جوّ عاطفي خانواده با حل مسألۀ اجتماعي تأييد شد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in social problemsolving, social skills and familie’s emotional atmosphere. Participants included 200 subjects (100 boys and 100 girls) from sixth grade elementary students in Shiraz who were selected by random cluster sampling. For data collection, was used Emotional Family Atmosphere Scale (Heil Burn, 1964), measures of social skills Matson (1983), Social Problem Solving Inventory (D’Zurilla, Nezu, Maydeu and Olivarse, 2002) and Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (Dennis and Vander Wal, 2010). . Data were analized by Path analysis with AMOS software and model parameters were extracted. The present results showed that the model fits very desirable and therefore the model was confirmed. Results showed that social skills predict positive and meaningful social problem solving. Also Social skills and Familie’s Emotional Atmosphere predicst a positive and meaningful cognitive flexibility. On the other hand the social problem solving predict the cognitive flexibility. But the relationship between familie’s emotional atmosphere and social problem-solving was not significant.But the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in socialproblem solving, social skills and familie’s emotional atmospherewas confirmed.
