اثربخشي گروه درماني مبتني بر رويكرد اميد درماني بر كيفيت زندگي مادران كودكان داراي معلوليت جسمي حركتي

The Effectiveness of Hope Therapy on the Quality of Life of Mothers Children with Physical Disabilities

مقدمه: اين پژوهش ‌با هدف بررسي اثربخشي گروه درماني مبتني بر رويكرد اميد درماني بر كيفيت زندگي مادران داراي كودك با معلوليت جسمي حركتي صورت گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر آزمايشي از نوع پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون، با گروه كنترل است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل مادران كودكان داراي معلوليت جسمي حركتي بود. با روش نمونه گيري در دسترس 30 نفر از بين اين افراد انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمايش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) گمارش شدند و گروه آزمايش اميد درماني قرار گرفت. مقياس كيفيت زندگي به صورت پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. يافته‌ها و نتيجه گيري: نتايج تحليل كوواريانس نشان داد كه نمرات شركت‌كنندگان گروه آزمايش، در نمره كيفيت زندگي به طور معناداري كمتر از گروه گواه بود. بر اين اساس، اميد درماني مي‌تواند باعث بهبود كيفيت زندگي مادران كودكان معلول شود و گام مؤثري در بهبود وضعيت رواني آنها و روابط والد فرزندي باشد.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of group therapy based on the hope-based approach on the quality of life of mothers with children with physical disabilities. Method: The present study is a pre-test, post-test, control group. The statistical population of this study was mothers of children with physical disabilities. A sample of 30 people was selected through a sampling method and assigned to two groups of experimental (15 subjects) and control (n = 15) and the group was tested for hope. The quality of life scale was performed in both groups by pre-test and post-test. Findings and Conclusion: The results of covariance analysis showed that the scores of the participants in the experimental group were significantly lower in the quality of life scores than the control group. Accordingly, therapeutic hope can improve the quality of life of mothers of disabled children and an effective step in improving their mental status and parent-child relationship.
