چكيده فارسي :
امروزه يكي از موارد بسيار مهم و پيچيده براي برنامه ريزان شهري، تصميم گيري در مورد مكان‌هاي مناسب جهت گسترش آتي شهر و تعيين اراضي مناسب توسعه مي باشد كه اين مهم تنها با نگاهي جامع نسبت به تمام عوامل تأثيرگذار در جهت‌يابي توسعهي فيزيكي شهر، محقق خواهد شد. شناخت و تعيين تناسب و استعداد زمين براي توسعة كالبدي و شهري از اقدامات اوليه در برنامه‌ريزيهاي فضايي و محيطي است. هدف از انجام پژوهش اين بود كه با توجه به عوامل موثر در توسعه كالبدي شهر، نواحي مناسب براي توسعة كالبدي در شهر مهاباد شناسايي و پراكنش فضايي آن مشخص گردد. معيارهاي مورد استفاده شامل لايه هاي توپوگرافي، زمينشناسي، كاربري زمين، شيب، جهت شيب، حريم رودخانه، دسترسي به شبكه هاي ارتباطي و رعايت حريم گسل محدوده بودند. كه تعيين تناسب زمين از طريق معيارهاي مورد استفاده و مدل TOPSIS Fuzzy در محيط سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي صورت گرفت. تناسب زمين براي توسعة كالبدي به پنج طبقة خيلي مناسب، مناسب، متوسط، نامناسب و خيلي مناسب تقسيم شد و نقشة پهنهبندي آن تهيه گرديد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه از كل محدوده مورد مطالعه، 11درصد خيلي مناسب و بدون محدوديت، 8/7 مناسب، 20/32 درصد متوسط، 29/02 درصد نامناسب و 30/96 درصد از كل مساحت محدوده مورد مطالعه خيلي نامناسب براي توسعه كالبدي– فضايي شهر ميباشد

Today, one of the most important and complex cases for urban planners is to decide on suitable places for future development of the city and the identification of suitable land for development, which is important only with a comprehensive view of all the factors influencing the physical development of the city. , Will be realized. Recognizing and determining the suitability and potential of land for urban and physical development is one of the primary measures in spatial and environmental planning. The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the spatial distribution of areas suitable for physical development in Mahabad city, in view of the factors affecting the physical development of the city. The criteria used included topographic layers, geology, land use, slope, slope direction, river basin, access to communication networks and observance of fault boundaries. Which determined the land suitability using the criteria used and the TOPSIS Fuzzy model in the GIS environment. The land suitability for physical development was divided into five suitable, appropriate, moderate, inappropriate and very suitable classes and its zoning plan was prepared. The results indicated that 11% of the study area was very suitable and unrestricted, suitable 7.8%, 20.32% moderate, 29.2% unsatisfactory and 30.96% of the total area of the study area was very unsuitable for development The physical-spatial of the city.
