رابطه شايستگي هاي مدرسان با تجارب دوره و دستاوردهاي تحصيلي دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان

The Relationship Between the Competencies of the Instructors and the Experiences of the Course and Academic Achievements of the Students of Farhangian University

يكي از مهم ترين عناصر نظام آموزش عالي و دانشگاه ها، اعضاي هيات علمي هستند كه نقش تعيين كننده و انكارناپذيري در تحقق اهداف و رسالت هاي آموزش عالي ازنظر كمي و كيفي دارند، لذا بررسي عملكرد و شايستگي هاي آن ها در ابعاد مختلف به ويژه در حيطه تدريس و تاثيري كه مي توانند برافزايش كيفيت يادگيري فراگيران و دستاوردهاي آنان از تحصيل داشته باشند، بسيار ضروري است. بدين منظور مطالعه اي باهدف بررسي رابطه بين شايستگي هاي مدرسان با تجارب دوره و دستاوردهاي تحصيلي دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان كردستان انجام گرفت. روش روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جهت انتخاب نمونه هاي موردنياز از روش نمونه گيري خوشه ايو تصادفي ساده با توجه به نوع رشته تحصيلي دانشجويان استفاده گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر، شامل دانشجويان سال آخر دانشگاه فرهنگيان استان كردستان در سال 1395 در نظر گرفته شد كه 720 نفر برآورد گرديد و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 250 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب گرديد. به منظور جمع آوري داده ها، سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتني بر پرسشنامه استاندارد و استفاده از مقياس 5 نقطه اي ليكرت براي پاسخ به پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه ها با صلاحديد استاد راهنما تاييد گرديد. پايايي پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب براي سه متغير شايستگي هاي حرفه اي مدرسان، تجارب دوره تحصيلي دانشجويان و دستاوردهاي تحصيلي آنان مقدار 0.920, 0.928 , 0.851 محاسبه شد. يافته ها نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه شايستگي هاي مدرسان با تجارب دوره و دستاوردهاي تحصيلي دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان كردستان رابطه مثبت و معناداري دارد.

Purpuse: One of the most important elements of the higher education system and universities is faculty members who play a decisive and undeniable role in achieving the goals and missions of higher education in quantitative and qualitative terms. Therefore, studying their competencies and competencies in different dimensions, especially in the field of teaching and its effect to increase the quality of learners' learning and their achievements in education is very important. To this end, a study was conducted to investigate the relationship between competencies of the instructor and the experiences of the course and academic achievements of the students of the Kurdistan Farhangian university. Method:The research method is descriptive correlational. To select the required samples, cluster and simple random sampling were used according to the type of student's study field. The population of study, included last year students of Farhangian university in Kurdistan, was considered as 720 people. Using Cochran formula, 250 individuals were selected as the sample. To collect data, three researcher-made questionnaires based on a standard questionnaire and 5-point Likert scale were used to answer the questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the expert professor. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test for three variables of instructors' professional competencies, student's educational experiences and their academic achievement was 0.920, 0.928 and 0.851. Findings: The results of this study indicated that the competencies of instructors were positively and significantly related to the experiences of course and academic achievements of the students of the Kordestan Farhangian university.
