شناسايي و اكتشاف عوامل مؤثر بر كيفيت آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي: مطالعه اي با رويكرد آميخته

Identification and exploration of the factors affecting the quality of technical and vocational training: a study whit mix method approach

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسائي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع آميخته با رويكرد اكتشافي متوالي بود. بخش كيفي مبتني بر نظريه برخاسته از داده ها (طرح نظام مند) بود. در اين بخش از پژوهش 18 نفر به عنوان مشاركت كننده به صورت هدفمند و تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري جهت مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته انتخاب شدند. در بخش كمي، جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران، كارشناسان و مربيان دوره هاي آموزش غير رسمي وابسته به سازمان آموزش فني و حرفه اي كشور در استان هاي كردستان، كرمانشاه، و همدان بودند كه تعداد آنها 1268 نفر و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 297 نفر آنها از طريق روش نمونه گيري در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوري داده ها در بخش كمي از يك پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ ( 0.94) محاسبه و روايي سازه آن از طريق تحليل عاملي تاييد شد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد كه به ترتيب اهميت سه عامل كلي مديريتي، آموزشي و شايستگي هاي حرفه اي مربيان كه در مجموع از شانزده مولفه تشكيل شده اند، جزء عوامل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي محسوب مي شوند. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش مي تواند به عنوان يك چارچوب در فرايند برنامه ريزي آموزشي سازمان آموزش فني و حرفه اي كشور مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affecting the quality of technical and vocational training. This study was a mixed method of sequential exploratory strategy. Qualitative phase was based on grounded theory (systematic plan). In this phase, eighteen participants were chosen purposefully to carry out in semi-structured interviews and the sampling was continued based on the theoretical saturation. Research population in the quantitative part includes all managers, experts, and educators that employed in technical and vocational training organization in 2017/18 and in Kurdistan, Kermanshah and Hamadan province consist, 1268 individuals, among which, 297 by Cochran formula and with the use of convenient method were selected.To collect the quantitative data, a researcher-designed questionnaire was used and the reliability of questionnaire calculated (.94) by crown Bach’s Alfa and validity of questionnaire confirmed by factor analysis. The results of the research indicated that the factors affecting the quality of technical and vocational education with respective importance included three main factors of the administrative factors, educational factors and professional competencies of educators that these three main factors consist of 16 components. The results of this research can be used as a framework for the educational planning process of the country's vocational education and training organization.
