تأثير تدريس واژگان زبان انگليسي با كارتون آموزشي به همراه ترجمه بينازباني شفاهي بر ميزان فراگيري زبان آموزان ايراني

The Effect of English Vocabulary Teaching with Pedagogical Cartoons Supplemented by Interlingual Interpretation on the Learning Amount of Iranian Language Learners

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تاتير تدريس واژگان زبان انگليسي با كارتون آموزشي Gogo به همراه ترجمه بينازباني شفاهي و توضيحات متعاملي معلم و زبان آموزان بر ميزان فراگيري زبان آموزان زبانسراي ديلماج زنجان بود. جامعه آماري مشتمل بر كليه زبان آموزان زبانسراي ديلماج زنجان (138 نفر) بود كه از ميان آنها 40 نفر به عنوان نمونه و با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شد و در دو كلاس20 نفري (گروه كنترل و آزمايش) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. ابتدا پيش آزمون دانش واژگان از هر دو گروه كنترل و آزمايش به عمل آمد و سپس گروه آزمايش به مدت يك ترم (14 جلسه) با كارتون آموزشي Gogo به همراه ترجمه بينازباني و توضيحات متعاملي معلم و زبان آموزان و گروه كنترل با همان كارتون ولي بدون ترجمه بينازباني شفاهي معلم در معرض آموزش واژگان و عبارات مربوطه قرار گرفتند. در پايان ترم از هر دو گروه كنترل و آزمايش پس آزمون به عمل آمد. نتايج حاصله بيانگر اين بود كه استفاده از كارتون هاي آموزشي استانداردي همچون Gogo به همراه ترجمه بينازباني شفاهي و توضيحات متعاملي معلم و زبان آموزان مي تواند درون داد قابل فهم تر فراهم نمايد و درنتيجه در فراگيري بهتر زبان آموزان موثر واقع گردد

The present study was aimed at examining the effect of English vocabulary teaching with the pedagogical cartoon 'Gogo', supplemented by teacher-learners' interlingual interpretation and interactional illustrations, on the learning amount of Dilmaj Language House learners. The population involved all language learners of the institute (138), among whom 40 students were selected as the sample with simple random sampling and assigned to two classes (control and experimental groups) to be examined. First, a pre-test was administered to both control and experimental groups and then the experimental group received vocabulary teaching with the pedagogical cartoon 'Gogo', supplemented by teacher-learners' interlingual interpretation and interactional illustrations, for one semester (14 sessions); and the control group received the same cartoon without teacher-learners' interlingual interpretation and interactional illustrations. In the end of the term, post-test was administered to both groups. The results showed that the use of standard pedagogical cartoons such as 'Gogo', supplemented by teacher-learners' interlingual interpretation and interactional illustrations, could provide more comprehensible input, in turn bringing about better language acquisition.
