مقايسه مؤلفه هاي تدريس اثربخش اعضاي هيات علمي و مدرسان مدعو

Comparison of the effective teaching components of faculty members and invited professors from the perspective of the students

با توجه به اهميت پرداختن به اثربخشي تدريس، اين پژوهش به ارزيابي و مقايسه اثربخشي تدريس مي پردازد. روش روش پژوهش توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري 684 دانشجوي ترم شش به بالاي هشت رشته تحصيلي در چهار دانشكده علوم پايه، علوم انساني، هنر و معماري و الهيات دانشگاه مازندران در سال تحصيلي 97-96 بود. حجم نمونه 242 نفر بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان (1987) با روش نمونه گيري خوشه ايانتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها يك پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با پايايي 74/0 بود و روايي محتوايي تحت نظر متخصصين مورد تاييد و بررسي قرار گرفت. از آزمون هاي تي مستقل، آنووا جهت پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش استفاده شد. يافته ها نتايج نشان دهنده تفاوت در اثربخشي تدريس بين اعضاي هيات علمي و مدرسان مدعو در رشته هاي مختلف تحصيلي است. كمترين اثربخشي متعلق به رشته تحصيلي زيست شناسي و علوم تربيتي و بيشترين اثربخشي متعلق به رشته فيزيك بوده است. براي اينكه بتوان اثربخشي تدريس را افزايش داد بايد به نقاط قوت و ضعف اثربخشي تدريس اعضاي هيات علمي و مدرسان مدعو توجه كرد.

Purpose: Given the importance of addressing the effectiveness of teaching, this study evaluates and compares the effectiveness of teaching. Method: The research method is descriptive-survey. The students of Mazandaran University were chosen as the statistical population of this research. These students were studying in this university over the years of 2016-2017. The population, using the clustered way and phased procedures, was chosen from 4 different colleges of science, human sciences, art, architecture and theology in numbers of 242 senior students; Reliability of the research was 0.74 (Cronbach's alpha). To analyze the data, Descriptive Statistics and Inferential statistics (T Test, Anova test) were used by the researcher. Findings: Rresults showed differences in the effectiveness of teaching Between faculty members and invited professors in various disciplines. The least effective in the field of biology and educational science and the most effective in the field of physics. To increase the effectiveness of teaching We should look at the strengths and weaknesses of the faculty members and the invited professors.
