بررسي تناسب محتوا و شيوه هاي آموزش حسابداري (كارشناسي ارشد) با مهارت هاي مورد نياز بازار كار: از ديدگاه دانشجويان، اساتيد دانشگاه و اعضاي جامعه حسابداران رسمي ايران

Investigating the Appropriateness of the Content and Methods of Accounting Education (MA) with the Labor Market Required Skills: From the Perspective of Accounting PhD Students, University Professors and Members of the Iranian Society of CPAs

هدف كلي اين پژوهش بررسي تناسب محتوا و شيوه هاي آموزش حسابداري در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد با مهارتهاي مورد نياز در بازار كار ميباشد. و براي تجزيه و تحليل اختلاف ناشي از ديدگاه هاي طيف جامعه آماري از آزمون آناليز واريانس يك طرفه استفاده شده است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع و ماهيت تحقيق، از نوع توصيفي و پيمايشي ميباشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل اساتيد دانشگاه، دانشجويان مقطع دكتراي حسابداري و اعضاي جامعه حسابداران رسمي ايران ميباشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. روايي اين ابزار با توجه به نظرات گروهي از اساتيد و صاحب نظران، پس از اعمال نقطه نظرات اصلاحي آنان، به اثبات رسيد. در ارزيابي پايايي پرسشنامه، از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه محتواي آموزشي برنامه حسابداري جهت آماده سازي فارغالتحصيلان براي انجام وظايف ابتدايي حسابداري شركتها مناسب ميباشد. ليكن اين محتوا در آماده سازي دانشجويان براي انجام وظايفي با مهارتهايي در سطوح بالاتر مانند حسابرسي، طراحي سيستم و تصميم گيري كافي و مناسب نميباشد. پيشنهاد آزمودني ها، ارائه دروسي بيشتر در زمينه هاي مذكور، تغيير روش آموزش و استفاده از فناوري و لحاظ كردن دروه هاي كارآموزي حسابرسي ميباشد.

Purpose:The research focuses on investigating the appropriateness of the content and methods of education accounting at the MA with the required skills in the job market. Method:The statistic society is university professors, Accounting PhD Students and members of the Iranian Society of CPAs year 2016-2017. The current study in terms of research type went by applied and descriptive study. the data of this study was selected using stratified random sampling method according to the volume of each level of 658 people as a sample, and in the end, 458 questionnaires were collected. In this study, the questionnaire was used to collect data from the questionnaire. the research data were analyzed using spss statistical software. Analyzing the different perspectives from the range of statistical analysis, one-sided analyses test has been used. Content validity with respect to the opinions of a group of professors and experts, after the opinions of corrective actions they proved. In assessing their liability of the questionnaire, the Cranach's alpha test(0.76) was used. Findings:Research results show that the educational content of the program is to prepare graduates for accounting, corporate accounting is appropriate for elementary tasks. But the content with the skills to prepare students for higher-level tasks such as auditing, planning and decision-making system is not adequate the participants.
