واكاوي جايگاه وقف در زندگي تهي‌دستان عصر ايلخاني(با تأكيد بر اقدامات خواجه رشيدالدين فضل الله همداني)

Exploring the role of mortmain in the lives of the poor (with an emphasis on the Rashid˗al˗din hamedani actions)

بررسي تاريخ اجتماعي ايران نشان مي­دهد كه طبقة تهي­دست به ­عنوان يكي از طبقات جامعه ايراني همواره وجود داشته است. از سوي ديگر مسأله كمك به فقيران و زدودن فقر از چهرة جامعه از موضوعاتي است كه بخشي از تاريخ اجتماعي ايران را دربر مي‌گيرد. در اين ميان يكي از منابع درآمد مراكز خيريه براي زدودن فقر از چهرة جامعه، وقف و درآمد حاصل از آن مي ­باشد كه معمولاً در طول تاريخ همواره سلاطين و بزرگان به اداره آن توجه ويژه­اي داشتند. بر اين اساس، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي- تحليلي به دنبال واكاوي جايگاه وقف در زندگي تهي­دستان عصر ايلخاني با تأكيد بر اقدامات خواجه رشيدالدين فضل ­الله همداني است. يافته ­هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه در دورة ايلخانان با به قدرت رسيدن غازان خان و وزارت خواجه رشيدالدين فضل الله همداني وقف اهميت دو چندان يافت. در اين دوره املاك زيادي براي اماكن خيريه وقف گرديد و احداث اماكن خيريه­ اي همچون ربع رشيدي و شنب غازان نقش مهمي در كمك به تهي­دستان و زدودن فقر از چهرة جامعه داشته است.

A survey into the social history of Iran shows that the lower class has always existed as one of the Iranian social classes. On the other hand, the issue of helping poor people and poverty alleviation has been a part of Iranian social history. Meanwhile mortmain and its incomes are one of the revenue resources of charities which kings and grandees had paid a special attention to their administration. Accordingly, the present study uses descriptive method to investigate the important role of mortmain in the an analytical lives of poor people who lived in Ilkhanid dynasty and puts a special emphasis on the actions of Rashid˗al˗Din Hamadani. Results show that in Ilkhanid ear and especially when Gazan Khan came to the throne and Rashid˗al˗Din became his prime minister a significant emphasis was put on mortmain. In that era, a lot of properties were devoted to charities and the construction of charities like Rab’˗e Rashidi and Shanb Ghazan played a very important role in helping poor people and poverty alleviation.
