بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر پذيرش XBRL در شركت ملي نفت ايران و شركت هاي تابعه آن

Evaluation of Factors Affecting Adoption of XBRL in the National Iranian Oil Company and its Subsidiary Companie

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر پذيرش XBRL در شركت ملي نفت ايران و شركت­هاي تابعه آن است. بدين منظور، 141 نفر از كاركنان امورمالي شركت ملي نفت ايران و شركت­هاي تابعه آن در پژوهش حاضر شركت كردند. آنان به پرسشنام ه­هاي ارتباط شغلي، پيچيدگي ادراك شده، سازگاري ادراك شده، كيفيت نرم­افزار، تجربه نرم­افزار، حمايت سازماني، سودمندي و سهولت ادراك شده و استفاده از XBRL پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از مدل تحليل مسير با نرم­افزار LISREL استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه تأثير متغيرهاي سهولت استفاده ادراك شده و سودمندي ادراك شده بر استفاده از XBRL مثبت و معنادار است. تأثير مستقيم سهولت استفاده ادراك شده بر سودمندي ادراك شده مثبت و معنادار است. تأثير مستقيم متغيرهاي حمايت سازماني، كيفيت نرم افزار، تجربه نرم افزار و سازگاري ادراك شده بر سهولت ادراك شده مثبت و معنادار است. تأثير مستقيم متغيرهاي ارتباط شغلي و سازگاري ادراك شده بر سودمندي ادراك شده مثبت و معنادار است. اما تأثير متغير پيچيدگي شغلي بر سودمندي ادراك شده منفي و معنادار است. علاوه بر اين تأثير غير مستقيم متغيرهاي سهولت ادراك شده، ارتباط شغلي، سازگاري ادراك شده، كيفيت نرم افزار، حمايت سازماني و تجربه نرم افزار بر استفاده از XBRL مثبت و معنادار است. اما تأثير غيرمستقيم پيچيدگي ادراك شده بر استفاده از XBRL منفي و معنادار است. در مجموع يافته ­ها نقش ارتباط شغلي، پيچيدگي ادراك شده، سازگاري ادراك شده، كيفيت نرم­افزار، تجربه نرم­افزار، حمايت سازماني، سودمندي و سهولت ادراك شده در استفاده از XBRL را مورد تأكيد قرار مي­دهند.

The present study aims to investigate the factors affecting the adoption of XBRL in the National Iranian Oil Company and its subsidiary companies. For this purpose, 141 employees of the finances of National Iranian Oil Company and its subsidiary companies participated in this study. The respondents filled out their relationship at work, perceived complexity, compatibility, perceived software quality, software experience, organizational support, perceived usefulness and ease of use of XBRL responded. To analyze the data, the model was used path analysis with LISREL software. The results showed that variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the use of XBRL is positive and significant. The results showed that variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the use of XBRL is positive and significant. Direct effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use is significant and positive. The direct impact of variables, organizational support, software quality, software experience and compatibility on perceived ease of perceived positive and significant. Direct effect on perceived usefulness, perceived compatibility of career and relationship variables is positive and significant. But a significant negative impact on perceived usefulness is variable and job complexity. In general, findings regarding the role of job , perceived complexity , compatibility , perceived software quality , software experience , organizational support , perceived usefulness and ease of use XBRL to emphasize this location.
