بررسي نگرش دانشجويان غير حسابداري به تأثير مباحث حسابداري منظور شده در برنامه آموزشي مصوب بر مديريت كسب‌وكار

A Review on Non-Accounting Students’ Attitudes toward the Impact of Accounting Topics Included in the Approved Training Program on Business Management

اين پژوهش باهدف بررسي نگرش دانشجويان غير حسابداري به مباحث حسابداري آموزش داده‌شده طبق برنامه آموزشي مصوب بر راه‌اندازي و مديريت كسب‌وكار، انجام شد. هدف‌گذاري اين دروس اغلب با حسابداري مديريت يا پيش‌زمينه آن مطابقت دارد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (آلفا كرونباخ=793/0) است. 131 نفر از دانشجويان رشته‌هاي مهندسي صنايع، مديريت كسب‌وكار، مديريت بازرگاني و مديريت صنعتي به سؤالات پاسخ دادند. پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است؛ داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 23 spss و محاسبه شاخص‌هاي توصيفي، اجراي آزمون كروسكال-واليس و آزمون من-ويتني تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد: در سطح 95% بين رشته تحصيلي و نگرش دانشجويان در مورد تطابق با اهداف رشته تحصيلي و تأثير درراه اندازي و مديريت كسب‌وكار و همچنين كفايت آموزش‌هاي حسابداري ارتباط معني‌دار وجود دارد. بين جنسيت و نگرش در مورد تطابق مباحث آموزش داده‌شده و همچنين تأثير بر درك ساير دروس تخصصي ارتباط وجود دارد. بين مدرك تحصيلي مدرس و نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به تأثير بر راه‌اندازي و مديريت كسب‌وكار، كفايت مباحث حسابداري آموزش داده‌شده و لزوم آموزش نرم‌افزارهاي حسابداري و بها يابي به‌صورت معني‌داري ارتباط وجود دارد.

This study was conducted to investigate the attitudes of non-accounting students toward the impact of accounting topics taught according to the approved training program on starting up and managing a business. The targeting of these courses is consistent with management accounting or its foreground. The data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire (Cranach’s alpha=0.793). A total of 131 Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Industrial Management students responded to the questionnaires. This is a descriptive-survey study. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software, descriptive indices and Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests. Findings indicated that at 95% confidence level there is a significant relationship between fields of study, students’ attitudes toward adaptation to the objectives of their fields of study, its impact on business start-up and management as well as the adequacy of accounting training. There is a relationship between gender and attitudes toward consistency of the topics taught as well as its impact on understanding other specialized courses. There is a significant relationship between teacher’s academic degrees and students’ attitudes toward its impact on business start-up and management, adequacy of accounting training as well as the need for accounting and cost tracking training software.
