چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻪ ﺑﺎﺗﺮﻳﻬﺎي ﺣﺮارﺗﻲ (وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺧﺮوﺟﻲ ﺑﺎﺗﺮﻳﻬـﺎ) ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از روش) DFSS ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﺑﺮاي ﺷﺶ ﺳﻴﮕﻤﺎ( ﺑـﺎ ﻣـﺪل IDOV ﻣـﻲ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. ﻃﺮاﺣـﻲ ﺑـﺮاي ﺷـﺶ ﺳـﻴﮕﻤﺎ ﻳـﻚ روش ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﺎﺗﻴﻚ و ﻓﻌﺎل ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮﻃﺮف ﻛﺮدن ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﺸﺘﺮي در ﻫﻤﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل اﺳـﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮي، ﺗﺼﺪﻳﻖ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻳﺎﺑﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ دﻗﻴﻖ ﻣﺪﻟﻬﺎي رو ش ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﺑـﺮاي ﺷـﺶ ﺳـﻴﮕﻤﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺪﻟﻬﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﺪل IDOV ﻗـﺮار ﮔﻴﺮﻧـﺪ و ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒـﺎ ﻫﻤﮕـﻲ از ﻳـﻚ ﺷﻴﻮه( ﻣﺪل) ﺗﺒﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ . در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪي ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺑـﺎﺗﺮي ﺣﺮارﺗـﻲ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل IDOV ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﮔﺮ دﻳﺪ. اﺑﺘﺪا ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺘﺮي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ و ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺧﻂ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ، ﺳﻄﺢ ﺳـﻴﮕﻤﺎي ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ . ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎ ده از روش QFD ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﻲ ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ، ﺗﻌﻴـﻴﻦ و از روش DOE ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺑﻬﺒﻮ د ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺑﺎﺗﺮي ﺣﺮارﺗـﻲ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺳﻴﮕﻤﺎي ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
This Paper aims to use DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) Approach with IDOV model (Identify-Design-Optimize-Validate) to improve the important properties of thermal batteries (Batterie’s Voltage). DFSS enable a systematic approach to meeting the needs of the customer in all aspects of the product development process that can be measured, and improved authentication. with peer review models of DFSS, it was found that all of these models can be IDOV model and almost all the way (model) will follow. In this study, a process for improving the thermal battery using IDOV model was proposed. At first stage, customer requierments and voice of customer was identified. Process of production was checked and sigma level of existing process was determined. At second stage, critical to quality of designing parameters for thermal battery was determined by QFD tools (Design phase). At third stage, Design of Experiments was used to improve the manufacturing process of thermal batteries. DOE was done for three control factors and three levels. The results show improvement of the process and significantly increasing of the sigma level of the process.
