چكيده فارسي :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبيين ابعاد و مولفه هاي پليس در تراز انقلاب اسلامي در نيروي انتظامي ج.ا.ايران است. وجود توانايي هاي علمي و تخصصي، برخورد مقتدرانه با مردم و دلسوزي براي انقلاب و اسلام در نيروي انتظامي موجب گرديده تا نوع نگاه و انتظارات مقام معظم رهبري از نيروي انتظامي، علاوه بر تامين نظم و امنيت و مديريت حوادث جامعه، توانايي شناخت، دفاع و مقابله با دسيسه ها و تبليغات رسانه اي دشمن را قبل از هرگونه اقدامي داشته باشد. چرا كه نيروي انتظامي با برخورداري از جواناني بصير و توانمند، توانايي شناخت توطئه و نقشه هاي شوم دشمن را دارد و قادر است از ارزش هاي نظام و انقلاب دفاع نمايد.
به همين منظور، با مطالعه مباني نظري پژوهش و بررسي كتب ديني و مذهبي از جمله قرآن كريم و نهج‌البلاغه و همچنين، بر اساس تدابير و فرايمن مقام معظم رهبري مولفه هاي پليس در تراز انقلاب اسلامي به روش تحليل مضمون استخراج گرديد. مقوله هاي اصلي استخراج شده شامل هفت مقوله اصلي(روحيه جهادي و انقلابي، معرفت و بصيرت ديني و سياسي،اخلاق مداري، خدامحوري و و معنويت گرايي، پيشتازي در ترويج فرهنگ قرآني، تقيد و تعبد به شريعت، روحيه خدمتگزاري، الزامات پيشرفت و تحول سازماني) و 34 مقوله فرعي كه هر مقوله فرعي خود داراي شاخص هاي متعددي مي باشد.
الگوي استخراج شده بيشتر مفهومي بوده و جهت اعتباريابي آن نياز به پژوهش هاي كمي و كيفي و اجراي الگو به صورت تجربي در نيروي انتظامي ج.ا.ايران مي باشد.

Background and objectives: The existence of scientific and specialized capabilities, the ability to authoritatively deal with the people and the compassion for the revolution and Islam in the police force have led to a kind of vision and expectations of the supreme leader from the police force, in addition to ensuring order and security and managing community events, the ability to recognize, defend and prevent the enemy's media conspiracies and propaganda before taking any action; because the police forces are capable of recognizing the malicious conspiracies and malicious plans of the enemy, capable of defending the values of the regime and the revolution. The purpose of the present study is to explain the dimensions and components of the police at the level of the Islamic Revolution in the Iranian police force. Methodology: By thematic analysis and studying the theoretical foundations of research and study of religious books such as the Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, as well as, based on the measures and commands of the supreme leader of the police the components of police at the level of the Islamic Revolution were extracted. Findings and results: The extracted categories include seven main categories (jihadist and revolutionary spirit, religious and political knowledge, ethics, Godliness and spirituality, pioneering in the promotion of Quranic culture, adherence to Shari'a, service spirit, evolutionary requirements and organizational developments and 34 subcategories, each of which has its own set of indicators.
