راهبرد تربيت ديني و اجتماعي نيروي انتظامي از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري

The Religious and Social Education Strategy of the Law Enforcement from the Viewpoint of the Supreme Leader

زمينه و هدف: تربيت فرايندي است كه طي آن افراد در ابعاد مختلف فردي و اجتماعي، رسم و راه زندگي، افكار و عقايد، هنجارها و آداب و رسوم، الگوها و قوانين و معيارهاي ديني و فرهنگي جامعه را مي آموزند و به كار مي بندند. در نيروي انتظامي دو بعد تربيت ديني و اجتماعي از اركان مهم تربيتي و داراي بيشترين نمود بيروني است و نياز به اهتمام بيشتر دارد. روش تحيق: اين مقاله با هدف تبيين و واكاوي فرمايشات رهبر انقلاب اسلامي در خصوص ابعاد تربيت و به ويژه در دو بعد اجتماعي و ديني، با روش كيفي و تكنيك تحليل محتوا برگرفته از مطالعات اسنادي پايگاه هاي مرتبط و سخنان مقام معظم رهبري در مناسبت هاي مختلف انجام گرفته است. يافته ها و نتيجه گيري: نتايج حاكي از آن است كه چهار راهبرد اساسي در اين خصوص براي پليس متصور است: 1- مردم داري 2- قانون مندي 3- دين مداري 4- پيوستگي صفات اخلاقي و حرفه اي. بديهي است موفقيت نيروي انتظامي به عنوان پليس خدمتگزار در جمهوري اسلامي بدون اتصاف به صفات مذكور محقق نخواهد شد. لازم است بخش هاي مرتبط در سازمان نيروي انتظامي در جهت نهادينه سازي صفات تربيتي در دو وجه ديني و اجتماعي ، ضمن مداومت در يادآوري و تذكر ، برنامه ريزي هاي مستمر ، پويا و نوآورانه داشته باشند.

Background and objectives: Education is a process through which individuals learn and apply the various social and personal dimensions of the way of life, thoughts, beliefs, norms and customs, patterns and laws, and religious and cultural standards of society. In the police force, two dimensions of religious education and social education are the most important educational elements and have the most external appearance and need more attention. This article aims to explain and analyze the teachings of the leader of the Islamic Revolution regarding the dimensions of education, especially in the social and religious aspects of the armed forces, especially law enforcement personnel. Methodology: This research has been conducted using qualitative method and theme analysis through content analysis and documentary studies of related databases and remarks of Supreme Leader on various occasions. Findings and results: The findings suggest that the police have four basic strategies in this regard: 1. Democracy; 2. Lawfulness; 3. Religiosity; 4- Consistency of ethical and professional traits. It is clear that the success of the police as a police officer in the Islamic Republic will not be achieved without reference to these characteristics. It is necessary for law enforcement agencies to institutionalize educational traits in both religious and social contexts, while maintaining continuous, dynamic, and innovative planning.
