بررسي كاركردهاي اجتماعي ناجا درتحقق دولت اسلامي مبتني بر منظومة فكري مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله العالي)

Investigating the Social Functions of I. R. I. Police in the Realization of Islamic State Based on the Intellectual System of the Supreme Leader

زندگي اجتماعي انسان بدون نظم، آرامش و امنيت ممكن نيست. نظم، آرامش و امنيت به دست انسان به وجود مي آيد و اين مهم توسط نيروي انتظامي در كشور صورت مي پذيرد. براي اشتغال به كار انتظامي، حكم عمومي صادر گرديده و اگر عده اي به كار انتظامي مشغول گرديدند، بر ديگران واجب است كه با آنان همكاري نمايند، به گونه اي كه موجب تقويت و قدرت نيروي انتظامي شود و رفتار مردم بايد موجب ارتقاي منزلت نيروي انتظامي شود. همچنين افرادي كه به كار انتظامي اشتغال دارند بايد كاركردي مناسب داشته باشند. به گونه اي كه كاركرد آنها باعث امنيت در جامعه شود. بر اين اساس محققين با استفاده از روش تحليلي- توصيفي و شيوه اسنادي به بررسي كاركردهاي اجتماعي ناجا بر تحقق دولت اسلامي مبتني بر منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري پرداخته اند و ضمن مرور مستند بر ادبيات نظري به ارائه مستند تعاريف هر يك از متغيرهاي تحقيق، تنظيم ضرورت و اهميت تحقيق و تشريح مساله تحقيق پرداخته اند. نتايج تحقيق اثبات مي كنند كه كاركردهاي اجتماعي ناجا كه مهمترين آن امنيت كشور مي باشد، با توجه به ويژگي هاي خاص كشور و وجود رهبر معظم انقلاب به عنوان ولي امر مسلمين جهان، با ساير كشورها متفاوت تر و بهتر مي باشد و در اين راستا براي توسعه و پيشرفت امور و همچنين افزايش كاركردهاي اجتماعي ناجا، مي بايست فرماندهان، كاركنان و خانواده آنها به شيوه هاي گوناگون با ديدگاه و تفكرات مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي) آشنايي بيشتري پيدا نمايند.

Background and objectives: Human social life is not possible without order, peace and security. Order, tranquility and security are created by human beings and this is done by the law enforcement forces in the country. A public order has been issued for law enforcement, and if some are engaged in law enforcement, it is imperative for others to work with them in a way that strengthens the police force and that people's behavior must enhance the status of the police force. Law enforcement officials also need to have a proper function so that they can provide security in the community. Methodology: Using a descriptive-analytic and documentary approach, the researchers have examined the social functions of I. R. I. Police in the realization of the Islamic State based on the Supreme Leader's intellectual system, and in addition to reviewing the documents on the theoretical literature, the researchers made an attempt to provide definitions of each research variable, the necessity and importance of research and the explanation of research problem. Findings and results: The findings of the study prove that the social functions of I. R. I. Police, most important of which is the security of the country, are different and better than other countries with regard to the specific characteristics of the country and the presence of the supreme leader of the revolution, as the ruler of the Muslim world, and in this regard, for the development and improvement of affairs, as well as enhancing the social functions of I. R. I. Police, commanders, employees, and their families need to become more familiar with the views and thoughts of the Supreme Leader in various ways.
