بررسي رابطه برآورده شدن نياز هاي اساسي روانشناختي و رضايت از زندگي: نقش واسطه اي انگيزش پيشرفت و سرمايه هاي روانشناختي

Investigating the relationship between the satisfaction of basic psychological needs and satisfaction with life: the mediating role of motivation and psychological capital

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ارتباط نيازهاي اساسي روانشناختي با رضايت از زندگي هم چنين نقش واسطه اي انگيزش پيشرفت و سرمايه هاي روانشناختي انجام شد. روش مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش همبستگي از نوع تحليل مسير بود. براي انجام اين پژوهش 201 نفر از دانشجويان دختر و پسر (110 دختر و 91 پسر) دانشگاه تهران با روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه هاي نيازهاي اساسي روانشناختي گانيه، رضايت از زندگي دينر، انگيزش پيشرفت هرمنس، سرمايه هاي روانشناختي لوتانز پاسخ دادند. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي اين پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزارR انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد مدل اين پژوهش از برازش مناسبي برخوردار است. بنابر يافته هاي اين پژوهش رابطه نيازهاي اساسي روانشناختي ورضايت از زندگي مثبت و معنادار ارزيابي شد علاوه بر اين تاثير مستقيم، نيازهاي اساسي روانشناختي و رضايت از زندگي از طريق متغيرهاي واسطه اي انگيزش پيشرفت و سرمايه هاي روانشناختي نيز با هم ارتباط غير مستقيمي دارند. در پايان ميتوانيم بر اهميت نقش مثبت اين عوامل در روند زندگي صحه گذاشت.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between basic psychological needs and life satisfaction as well as the mediating role of Achievement motivation and psychological capital. The method used in this study was correlational, the path analysis. To do this research, 201 male and female students (110 girls and 91 boys) from Tehran University were selected by available sampling method an‎d responded to the Basic psychological needs, Life satisfaction, Achievement motivation, psychological capital. Data analysis was done using R software. The results showed that the designed model was well fited to the data. According to the findings of this study, the relationship between basic psychological needs and life satisfaction was positively and significantly evaluated. In addition to direct impact, basic psychological needs and life satisfaction through intermediate variables Achievement motivation and psychological capital also have an indirect relationship.In general, we can approve the positive role of these factors in process of life.
