جايگزيني آرد ماهي با پودر ضايعات طيور و تأثير آن بر عملكرد رشد، نرخ بقا و شاخص‌هاي خوني بچه تاسماهي سيبري Acipenser baerii (Brandt, 1869)

Replacement of fish meal with poultry by-product meal and its effects on growth performance, survival rate and blood indices of juvenile Siberian sturgeon, Acipenser baerii (Brandt, 1869)

هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعيين تأثيرات جايگزيني آرد ماهي با پودر ضايعات طيور بر عملكرد رشد، نرخ بقا و شاخص‌هاي خوني بچه تاسماهي سيبري (Acipenser baerii) بود. تعداد 135 قطعه بچه تاسماهي سيبري با ميانگين وزن اوليه (± خطاي استاندارد) 2/39 ± 169/4 گرم در 15 مخزن فايبرگلاس 500 ليتر در درجه حرارت با ميانگين 0/53 ± 18/54 سانتي‌گراد، به مدت 9 هفته با پنج جيره حاوي سطوح جايگزيني صفر، 20، 40، 60 و 80 درصد آرد ماهي با پودر ضايعات طيور تغذيه شدند. در پايان، شاخص‌هاي رشد و خوني موردسنجش قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد كه ازلحاظ عملكرد رشد تفاوت معني‌دار آماري بين تيمارهاي مختلف وجود ندارد (0/05P). نرخ بازماندگي در تمامي تيمارها 100 درصد بود. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه ضايعات طيور را مي‌توان تا ميزان 80 درصد جايگزين آرد ماهي در جيره غذايي بچه ماهيان تاسماهي سيبري نمود بدون اينكه تأثير منفي بر عملكرد رشد، نرخ بقا و شاخص‌هاي خوني داشته باشد.

The aim of present study was to evaluate the effects of fishmeal replacement with by-product meal on growth performance, survival rate and blood indices Acipenser baerii. A total of 135 Acipenser baerii with average (±SE) weight of 169.4 ± 2.39gr were stocked in 15 fiberglass tanks (Volume:500 lit,temperature:18/54 ± 0/53C0) and fed satiation to 9 weeks by five diets including replacement levels of 0, 20, 40, 60 and 80% of fish meal with poultry by-product meal. At The end of rearing period, growth performance parameters, survival rate and blood indices were analyzed. The results showed that, there were no significant differences on growth performance among the different treatment (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in red (RBC) and white blood cells (WBC), hemoglobin, hematocrit, monocytes, eosinophils, MCV, MCH and MCHC indices (P>0.05). But there were significant difference among the different treatment Neutrophil and lymphocytus (P<0.05). Survival rate was 100% in all treatments. The results of this study indicate that poultry by-product meal could be included up to 80 percent with no adverse effect on growth performance, Survival rate and blood indices in juvenile Siberian sturgeon.
