ارتباط جهت‌گيري مذهبي با خودشكوفايي نوجوانان 12 -18 سال

The relationship between religious orientation and self-actualization in 12-18-year-old

مقدمه: نوجوان موجودي منحصربه‌فرد است كه با اختيار و تفكري كه دارد، مي‌تواند استعدادهايش را به بالاترين درجه خودشكوفايي برساند مذهب با تأثير بر سبك زندگي و چگونگي حل تعارض‌هاي ارزشي به دو سؤال اساسي انسان درباره‌ي هدف زندگي و معناي فعاليت‌ها پاسخ مي‌دهد. مسئله‌اي كه بايد به آن اشاره كرد اين است كه مذهب مي‌تواند موجب پرورش اخلاقي شود و از اين طريق بر رفتار شخص تأثير بگذارد.مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعيين ارتباط جهت‌گيري مذهبي با خودشكوفايي نوجوانان استان گلستان انجام شد. روش: اين مطالعه توصيفي همبستگي بر روي 384 نفر از نوجوانان استان گلستان با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انجام گرديد.ابزار جمع‌آوري نمونه‌ها پرسشنامه جهت‌گيري مذهبي آلپورت و پرسشنامه خودشكوفاييASAI بود. يافته‌ها: نتايج ميزان جهت‌گيري مذهبي را (9)67/82و ميزان خودشكوفايي را (12/42)50/34نشان داد. كه آزمون آماري ارتباط معني‌داري را نشان نداد(0/12=p) همچنين آزمون اسپيرمن بين جهت‌گيري مذهبي بيروني با خودشكوفايي ارتباط معني‌داري را نشان نداد (0/06=p) .درصورتي‌كه بين جهت‌گيري مذهبي دروني با خودشكوفايي ارتباط معناداري مشاهده مي‌شود(0/01> p). همچنين بين جهت‌گيري مذهبي با محل سكونت اختلاف معني‌داري نشان داده شد(0/04 =p) نتيجه‌گيري: عليرغم توجه روانشناسان ، مذهب مي‌تواند شرايط معتبر و پايداري براي سلامت رواني دانش آموزان فراهم نمايد لذا چنانچه شرايطي فراهم گردد كه دانش‌آموز بتواند مذهب را در چارچوب و ساختار عاطفي خود دروني كند و از سطح باور به سطح ايمان مذهبي انتقال يابد ، چنين مذهبي مي‌تواند سلامت رواني وي را تضمين كند . نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه ، بايد ضرورت توجه نظام آموزشي به اين مقوله و برگزاري برنامه‌هاي آموزشي مذهبي متنوع وجود داشته باشد تا از اين طريق تأثير مثبت مذهب بر زندگي افراد افزايش‌يافته و شرايط رشد و تعالي و خودشكوفايي دانش آموزان را نيز افزايش دهد .

Introduction: A teenager is a unique creation that with his power of thinking and free will can reach his talents in self-actualization to the highest degree. With an impact on the life style and how to resolve conflict of values, religion answers two fundamental questions about the purpose of life and the meaning of activities. It should be noted that religion can cause ethics education and influence behavior as well. This study aimed to examine the relationship between religious orientation and self-actualization in teenagers in Golestan Province. Methods: In this descriptive correlational study, 384 adolescents were selected from Golestan Province by random sampling. Data were collected using the Allport's religious orientation questionnaire and ASAI self-actualization questionnaire. Results: According to the results of this study, the amounts of religious orientation and selfactualization were 67.82 (9) and 50.34 (12.42), respectively; statistical analysis showed no significant relationship (P = 0.12). The results of the Spearman test showed no significant relationship between external religious orientation and self-actualization (P = 0.06), while there was a significant relationship between internal religious orientation and self-actualization (P < 0.01). Moreover, a significant difference was observed between religious orientation and the place of residence (P = 0.04). Conclusions: It can be concluded that despite psychologists' attention, religion can provide reliable and stable conditions for students' mental health. Therefore, if such conditions are created where a student can internalize religion in an emotional context and structure and enhance it from a mere belief into religious faith, such faith can guarantee his mental health. Findings show that there must be the necessity for the educational system to pay attention to the issue and hold various religious education programs so that the positive impact of religion on people's lives will be increased and the conditions for the students' growth and self-actualization will be increased, too.
